The property was beautifully furnished, super comfortable bed and very clean. The room was phenomenal, the view of the Empire State Building was just WOW. The location was perfect.

Clean, free fiji water, helpful staff, location is perfect, free tea and coffee, free mouth wash. The small things that make a difference. Spacious room, great plugs etc, TV. Can’t fault our stay

Very large, well-appointed room with robe, slippers, safe, coffee maker, and welcome snacks - everything that I value in a good hotel room. The staff was wonderful - all very friendly, helpful, pleasant to chat with, and always willing to refill our coffee pods. The location was perfect - it felt safe, there were plenty of shops & restaurants all around, the subway was one block away, and our room had a view of the Empire State Building.
The price was a little steep, but it seemed typical of similar hotels for the Thanksgiving Parade and Rockefeller Tree Lighting time period.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect and yet still quiet. Bathroom and shower were amazing. Friendly staff.
Only espresso coffee in the room. Staff didn't have recommendations for restaurants, stores, etc., and the front desk doesn't mail letters for guests. Some seemed not to be familiar with the area.

This hotel is fantastic, very spacious rooms, great facilities, everything worked perfectly and we slept so well. The balcony upgrade was so worth it for the view. The location is amazing, a close walk to Penn station and loads of great restaurants and pizzerias. Absolutely loved it

Very Good
Easy access to subway and lots of places to eat nearby. They shifted us to a higher floor to be away from noise but that room was quite a bit smaller. Better view of Empire State Building though! Lots of water provided each day.
