The hotel is very clean & quiet with modern furnishings. The room was a good size & the bed was really
comfy & large. The location is great with lots of restaurants & shops nearby. This was my second stay & will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed the beds are very comfortable and all of the finishing appear new. This was a very pleasant day.
Nothing apart from a single elevator for high floors meaning you need to wait a while.

Beautiful modern hotel with a fantastic location to NYC sights and tourist spots.
We had just arrived from an overnight flight and were exhausted the staff went out of their way to sort storing our bags as well as getting us checked in early so we could sleep.
The amenities provided were great, things like water and a Nespresso machine. The room was very modern and clean with an incredible view of the empire state building.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi connection in my room wasn’t very strong — I often switched to my own 5G network, which was faster — and that there was only one elevator serving my floor, which occasionally meant a short wait.
