The location was terrific and very close to the subway and central if you’re up for a walk. The property offered amazing views from the room and the room was very comfortable along with good room facilities.

Very clean, spacious and luxurious feel. Very comfortable bed, great coffee machine and excellent shower. The location is great and a short 15 min walk to Times Square, however there is a subway station on the next block, with a short 2 stop subway line to Times Square. Close enough to Times Square to walk, however the area in which the broadway plaza is situated was calm and quieter, the staff were excellent and nothing was too much of an ask. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family, should they come to New York.

Fantastic central location on Broadway a few hundred yards from 5th Avenue and as it was close to Christmas very central to all the attractions including the Rockefeller Christmas tree

Friendly and welcoming staff who attended to any minor issues promptly. Friendliest staff we encountered on our travels. Room was very clean. Hotel has a nice boutique feel. Walking distance to subway and lots of places to eat nearby. It’s away from the craziness of Times Square / Theatre district so this hotel seems to have more locals than tourists around the place. It was a nice change.
It’s NYC, so room size is always an issue! Bathroom is tiny. Our room had a balcony which was bigger than our room - if the weather has been warmer, the balcony would have been used!

My stay was amazing my family and I really enjoyed our room. The staff was amazing and very helpful Anthony was able to help me get a cab to the airport that was more affordable than an uber!

The property was beautifully furnished, super comfortable bed and very clean. The room was phenomenal, the view of the Empire State Building was just WOW. The location was perfect.

Clean, free fiji water, helpful staff, location is perfect, free tea and coffee, free mouth wash. The small things that make a difference. Spacious room, great plugs etc, TV. Can’t fault our stay
