Incredible price for the location. The rooms feel big for the price tag as well. The balcony with Empire State view was a real treat, especially to see the Knicks crowd go wild!!! Staff were also excellent, super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay.
The only nice addition would be a bar. They have a nice little seating area in the upper part of the lobby but no bar.

The location is unbeatable, and the room was surprisingly spacious and bright - a genuinely rare find in New York City. My view of the Empire State Building through the large windows was incredible.
But what really sets Broadway Plaza apart is the staff. From the front desk to the doorman, maintenance, and housekeeping, every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This place is a hidden gem.
The elevators were a bit unpredictable - stopping on random floors or skipping called ones entirely.
That said, it's hard to stay frustrated when the response is that good: a maintenance team member happened to be riding with me when it happened, and the moment I mentioned it had occurred the night before, he stopped everything and arranged for the repair company to come the very next day. That kind of stewardship is rare.
Can't praise the team of Broadway Plaza enough, this is my new favorite spot when coming to town.

The location was perfect—near Union Square, NYU, easy to get to the subway and buses to anywhere. The room was exceptionally clean, well lit and the staff friendly and good humored. I really enjoyed my stay and immediately rebooked for the following week.

The room, was spacious, with an amazing balcony looking over the New York skyline, including the empire state building. The staff were extremely friendly, and Anthony the Concierge, was very helpful organising taxis.
No breakfast service at the hotel, which isn't a problem, as there are so many places to eat in the area.
