The room was big, the bed super confortable, the staff very nice, location perfect and yet quite, everything was sparklingly clean, the shower incredibly nice and the linens and towels were super white and fluffy
For the price I would of liked to have breakfast in the hotel but they don’t have any space for that, but they have a Nescafé machine in the room which was very helpful to us

I had an incredible stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. The staff was welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel's central location made exploring the area easy, yet it remained a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway and would love to visit again!

The location was fab. Beds were really comfortable. And for central New York the room was spacious, which I didn’t think mattered when booking but when arriving back with all my daughter’s shopping was really helpful! Reception staff were fab and helpful whenever we needed anything.
The decor is a little dated, particularly the bathroom that really needed modernising. The water pressure was also terrible! To the point where we didn’t even try washing our hair as getting shampoo out would have taken forever. However it was clean, which is the main thing!

Great location for exploring Manhattan on foot or by subway- so central.
The street frontage is closed to traffic so lots of nice outdoor seating for restaurants.
Staff were fantastic- all young, friendly and helpful.
We wanted two beds so this pushed us to a more expensive room category. The bonus was a really large airy sunny room, with a fantastic view of the Empire State Building!
Fridge and kettle and coffee maker plus a few snacks so we were able to put together something for breakfast.
Our room had recently been fully renovated, and all the hotel is in the process of being renovated.
Only one lift to the higher floors and this shared with builders (renovations happening atm one floor at a time) and housekeeping, so at times there was quite a wait.
Room rate was expensive, but no more than anywhere else in Manhattan- it’s an expensive city.

The room was OK. Big enough compared to other hotels in NYC and clean.
Good coffee machine in room. Got 3 bottles of water every day

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were lovely, and very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was in a great location and there were lots of good places to get food nearby. Highly recommend it!!

Friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms, and location is great for being in the middle of NYC. Half way between Statue of Liberty tours and Central Park.
The only downside is that it is very loud outside. I’m presuming this is what all hotels are like in NYC due to the constant sirens, car horns, loud people etc. we were so tired it didn’t really matter, but I recall it not quietening down until around 4am.

The hotel is in a great location, next to numerous bars and restaurants and on walking distance from several sightseeing. The staff is always polite and helpful. The room amenities are fine and the area is safe.
A deposit of $200 is required upon arrival but returned very quickly after check out. The location can be busy but earplugs can easily isolate any external noise.

Rooms that I booked (Deluxe Junior Suite - Renovated Room) were spacious by New York standard. Location was nice. Cleanliness was well maintained. Staff was very courteous.
I would have given it a perfect score if they had classified it as 3 Star. It is NOT a 4 Star by any means.
Lobby is very small. There is no restaurant onsite, though there are many in the vicinity. I checked-in at around mid-night and no one was there to help me with luggage. The person at reception did not know anything about nearby restaurants for breakfast. Next morning, I asked front-desk staff about buying SIM card. The person told me that there are some shops after 2 blocks. Interestingly, there is a shop just 1 minute away (walk) from hotel!
The front-desk gives a discount card for adjacent restaurant - Mamazul. The discount is applicable during lunch hours. Incidentally, Mamazul has Happy Hours and discount is available to everything from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What's the point in giving coupons to guests when it has no additional value?
