I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and close to Manhattan’s main attractions and venues, while still being pleasantly away from the crowds and busy streets.
There are also plenty of amazing restaurants and charming, unique ice cream shops nearby, which made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable.
The hotel entrance is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and our room was spacious with three windows. Overall, a great combination of location, comfort, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Excellent location, close to the Flatiron building and Penn station, and lots of popular spots to visit like the Empire State building and West Village are within easy walking distance. The room was spacious for central Manhattan, with a good sized bathroom and two double beds. Staff are friendly and helpful and you get free water and snacks in your room.
The hotel has no bar or restaurant.

Great location! The hotel is in a safe area and conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also within walking distance of the Flatiron, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. A very convenient spot for exploring New York! Room was very pretty with a nice view.

Beautiful balcony overlooking the empire state building. Free umbrella's to guests to use was a lifesaver during the thundershowers.

We booked a room with 2 Queen Beds but when we arrived, they only had 1 Queen for our reservation. They were not able or not willing to make a change to accommodate the 2 Queens we booked. They sent us a rollaway bed but still charged us $60 for it.

The location was very central and felt safe to walk around. The room was very big, even with two adults and two teenagers it felt spacious, it included a small separate living space and second TV. We had a view of the Empire State Building from our window but even with all of the hustle and bustle outside it was very quiet in the room.. Beds were huge and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough for a stay in NY.
There was nothing we did not like about our stay here.
