Interiors and rooms are dated and very dark. The cost of food in the lobby is ridiculous - $19 for a glass of orange juice is just plain insulting.

Great hotel with good service except the bartender in the bar. He was very rude, ignore me and didnt answer my questions without any reason. It was very bad bar experience.

Nice luxury hotel, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good location if youre looking to stay uptown. Beautiful pool in basement.
The staff at the cafe/breakfast is NOT friendly. after multiple visits to this hotel, even when not staying at this hotel, we often come for breakfast or snacks, I can honestly say that the staff that run this cafe (same faces every time) are so unpleasant! Hire new staff or retrain them! They are not a good image for the baccarat dining experience.

The rooms were lux and well appointed. The staff were attentive. Housekeeping was top notch.
I arrived on foot in the rain and walked past the hotel MULTIPLE times because it is NOT well labeled from the street. I was a drowned rat by the time I noticed the black on black barely illuminated sign with doormen standing in front of it.
