Wonderful
We chose this hotel as our son is called Arlo and we made the right choice! The location was great. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were really quiet. Best of all, we had the view of the Empire State Building.

Rooms in NYC hotels are generally small; at Arlo NoMad the room wasn’t very large either, but it was comfortable and very well designed. The hotel was very clean, with reliable daily housekeeping. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a very good stay and great value for New York.

The view is fantastic from the sky view rooms. This is an incredible experience in that regard. I also loved the design of the bed/room, very sleek. I don’t regret it, the view will stay a cherished memory.
The spaces are very small. I was happy to stay one night for the experience but I wouldn’t do more because of that. Also the common areas are not premium enough for the price of the room.

I loved my room that overlooked the city, had a comfortable bed and great shower.
When I first checked in some of the staff seemed quite apathetic, but every other encounter w/staff afterwards was really great.
