The location was fantastic, rooms were lovely, staff were super friendly! Stunning views from our room 2306 , we had to return after flights were cancelled and I re booked a cheaper room just for two nights and we still got a beautiful view and room on the 8th floor room 806, overall I would recommend and return most definitely! Stunning roof top too for a beautiful sunrise !
The only thing that was a negative was , the room we had was looking out onto the street which was a stunning view however if you're a light sleeper like me the noise from the stress like sirens ECT throughout the night did wake me up frequently which was no one's fault.

The room was so cold. I set the temperature for 80 the room was at 67 freight height the entire time.

Loved my stay at this hotel! The interior is cozy and stylish, and the views from both my room and the rooftop were incredible. Friendly, welcoming staff made check-in quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The rooms are small but functional enough for a short stay.

The view from the Sky View King room was breathtaking, especially at night! The bed was very, very comfortable. The entire hotel was clean. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The elevator was slow (no fault of the hotel, there were a lot of people when we went), we loved the little wall tic tac toe boards on the wall - so cute and we played them each time we waited.
No cons, we loved everything about this hotel!

The view of the hotel , we were on the 27th floor and all I can say is wow , I loved it
I got the sky view king bed but the bed was a queen , I went downstairs to ask why is that and was told that the bed sizing is from Japan

Beautiful hotel with really nice and helpful staff. I liked that it was updated and modern. The elevator was really cool. And the room was amazing , the corner room was really the best option.
there was no part of the hotel that i didn’t like . Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was great. Employees were super nice.

Our room was very small, but we received a message before arriving suggesting an upgrade at a small supplemental price. We should have upgraded. The room was small, but efficient.
The location was great, the staff was lovely and consistently friendly. The public space was perfect for getting some work done.

Rooms in NYC hotels are generally small; at Arlo NoMad the room wasn’t very large either, but it was comfortable and very well designed. The hotel was very clean, with reliable daily housekeeping. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a very good stay and great value for New York.

I loved my room that overlooked the city, had a comfortable bed and great shower.
When I first checked in some of the staff seemed quite apathetic, but every other encounter w/staff afterwards was really great.
