This hotel was a great surprise! I’ve stayed near Bryant Park before, and really like the area. The staff were really, very nice…everyone! The mattress, linens and pillows were very comfortable , the bathroom super clean. Rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but I don’t care! Our room faced the Empire State Building, which was an added bonus. The rooftop bar was excellent, as was the lobby bar. There was nothing negative to our stay! I shall return!
Nothing! Everything was great!

Very Good
I like this hotel, this was my third stay. The vibe, the service, the view of Empire State Building, the style of the hotel. And the location. Walking distance to lots of destinations, from Broadway to Central Park to Hudson Yards, and High Line, etc etc. Bryant park and subway are just steps away.
Not much really :) The Easter weekend brunch at the roof top restaurant was not what I expected. It still felt like a bar with just a few seats and a small restaurant menu, rather than the brunch feeling of food, relaxation, non rushing... So next time I won't go to a bar for brunch maybe :)

Wonderful
The room was small but very comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. The roof top bar, offering a view of the Empire State Building, was a delightful way to enjoy a night cap. The staff are outstanding. They can’t do enough to make your stay the best it can be. Great location, especially for train travel to and from Penn Station.
Room was a bit too small.

Staff is super helpful. The team did above and beyond to make us satisfied.
Room size was beyond disappointing. I have no idea how 2 people can manage in their rooms.
You can not open a luggage and keep it open.
You can not really order room service as you do not have space to eat.

Room was typical NYC small but very well organized, comfortable and clean. My daughter and I stayed for a week and was very happy with everything. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was excellent and we were able to explore all of Manhattan by foot or easy transit access.

Very nice people, clean place very close to anything you want to do in NYC at a walking distance.
Nothing to say, the room was a little small but not a negative thing, since we did not stay in the room ?

The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, there was a Nespresso machine in the room, and the staff were very attentive.
The room was a bit small, but everything else was great.

The property is new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. However the room was very small. King bed took up pretty much the entire room. Not uncommon in Manhattan, but this is quality over space.

This is a fabulous hotel. We have stayed there many times they have a wonderful rooftop bar overlooking the Empire State building. The rooms are immaculate. The staff is very friendly. They have a lovely bar and restaurant and it’s in a fabulous location.
As with many New York City hotels, the rooms are quite small

Very Good
Super central location but on a relatively quiet street. Very comfy beds and friendly staff. Food at breakfast place (ground floor cafe) is amazing. The multi head charging cable from the phone on the night stand is genius.
Windows of the room don't feel properly insulated. Can feel cold draft constantly seeping in.
But the air conditioning fan is very loud (so is the ventilation in the bathroom btw), so to keep the room warm and quiet at the same time would be a challenge..
The power outlet nearest to the desk is quite far away. Not so handy for using laptop.

Disappointing
The location is great, and the restaurant and rooftop lounge are very cool. Room service was great and very convenient.
These rooms are very VERY small. It was difficult and annoying for two people to stay here. Theres no chair to sit, so you have to lay in bed ever minute you are in your room. The bathroom/shower area were as small as a cruise cabin. Very annoying and not worth the $400 a night to stay here. I know it’s NYC but this was ridiculous how SMALL the rooms are.

Good
The room was clean. Nespresso machine in room. Caramels. Decor. Quiet. Staff very attentive. Umbrellas. Gym access.
Bathroom had issues: toilet seat kept falling down; sink drained slowly. I did not report these things, as my stay was too short (two nights). Didn't want to bother with having someone else in the room. The room was tiny. Not small. Tiny. Breakfast was too expensive.
