Loved the complimentary water and coffee, a really nice touch. Beds very comfortable, good shower and nice toilitries (liked that they were in big bottles instead of small wasteful botttles).
Room a bit on small side, not much view and hum of heating/ air conditioning...but probably standard for new york. Was expensive, but again maybe just nyc prices. Would like to see more climate steps e.g. option not to change towels, reusable delf at drinks station.

Exceptionally clean. The rooms have every possible amenity you could ever want or need. The bed is extremely comfortable. The Nespresso machine is fabulous. The staff are friendly and accommodating. And the two restaurants serve amazing food that wows us every time.

This was our second time in the hotel. The experience was pretty consistent with our first experience. We did check out the rooftop bar this time around which was pretty cool with the view of the Empire State building.

Excellent location, amazing staff, beautiful rooms, very clean and perfect size hotel. Isn't like a typical 'tourist' hotel with the usual manic that comes with NYC, Very chic, chilled and perfectly located.

Good location and easy to reach the main attractions. Although the hotel is closed to Time Square, you don't have the inconvenient or the crowd as the hotel is located in a quite street. Staff was very nice.
The room was clean but much too small. We had a double room with two Queen beds. However, it was difficult too move with 3 luggages and no place to put the aside.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Subway a few blocks away. Updated rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Loved Skybar on the rooftop!
2 elevators (small) for 21 floors (3rd one used by hotel staff). Wait was always long. Bed was So-O-O soft!! Sagged and you rolled to the middle so uncomfortable. Water in room only on 1st day, not replenished.

What is the point of being VIP on Booking if the hotel gives you a 2nd floor room looking over the HVAC? Room was small and dark which for more than $600 per night is ridiculous. Staff were sort of dismissive and unhelpful when we asked for a split bill. Lobby is tiny. Not sure what you get for the money. Many nicer options at this price point.
