Nice, clean, stylish. The staff was amazing. My daughter left her favorite toy behind, and they reached out that day, we didn’t even know it was missing yet! They returned it in a beautiful gift bag with such a nice note saying that they took care of it while we were gone. It was so sweet and meant the world to my daughter and me. Thank you so much, Alejandra!!!

Perfect location for a mid-town stay. Off the main area just enough to be quiet. Staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the shower large and great shower pressure. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a comfortable and quiet NYC stay.

The hotel was really good. Great location, nice staff, clean room.
The only problem is that the refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy.
