The staff were excellent. Erika was wonderful and very helpful and sweet. The customer service was top notch and some of the best I have ever experienced, the way they contacted you by text prior to our stay and stayed connected through our stay if we needed anything was brilliant and fast responses. The elevators were quick and frequent not much waiting around. This hotel is well maintained and well taken care of.
The roof top bar overlooking the Empire State Building was amazing and the light bites we ordered were excellent. Really nice chill atmosphere. Great staff.
Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms are a little small but it was just for sleeping in. The rooms with Empire view had a spectacular view
We will definitely be back.
I wish they had valet parking. But there is a lot just a few steps away so wasn’t that bad.

The location in midtown puts you at walking distance to a host of wonderful sites including the famous New York Public Library. The hotel’s jewel in the crown is its rooftop bar, sip a drink and stare up at the gorgeous Empire State Building.

It was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been experienced & I’ve travelled in Europe. For $459 I’d expect more SF.

Brilliant hotel in a fabby location. Loved everything about it. Location, room with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building, very comfortable beds, daily surprise sweet treat, Spyglass Cocktail Bar and the staff were just lovely.
There was nothing not to like except having to leave to come home.

Location was close to the subway at Bryant Park and other good restaurants and attractions. We loved the daily treats in our room.

Wonderful
Ideally situated, beautiful room with comfortable bed. Room was cleaned every day by lovely people and they left us mini treats such as blondies, salted caramels. The view of the Empire State Building was worth the extra cost. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The rooftop bar was fabulous especially the banana bread espresso martini.
Not really enough drawer space in the room for two people for a five night stay. The only other issue was front desk staff not being able to give us a rough idea of the cost of a taxi to the theatre, and their policy of not booking taxis for guests except to the airport.

Great location. The room had everything we needed and it was very useful to be able to put our suitcases under the bed.
The room was always dark in the main area. More lighting is needed.
