It’s our 2nd stay at The Archer, it’s a wonderful mid town property, great location, facilities are lovely, rooms are cosy and the staff are magnificent!

Staff and location. Great!
So noisy! I am seeking a refund. The air conditioner kept me up and I have multiple sclerosis so sleep is important, especially when abroad. I am seeking some kind of refund as the free lunch did not make up for a lack of sleep!

The staff were excellent. Erika was wonderful and very helpful and sweet. The customer service was top notch and some of the best I have ever experienced, the way they contacted you by text prior to our stay and stayed connected through our stay if we needed anything was brilliant and fast responses. The elevators were quick and frequent not much waiting around. This hotel is well maintained and well taken care of.
The roof top bar overlooking the Empire State Building was amazing and the light bites we ordered were excellent. Really nice chill atmosphere. Great staff.
Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms are a little small but it was just for sleeping in. The rooms with Empire view had a spectacular view
We will definitely be back.
I wish they had valet parking. But there is a lot just a few steps away so wasn’t that bad.

The location in midtown puts you at walking distance to a host of wonderful sites including the famous New York Public Library. The hotel’s jewel in the crown is its rooftop bar, sip a drink and stare up at the gorgeous Empire State Building.
