location was perfect. central to everything, easily walkable, perfect during the holiday months, and close enough to travel or subway to other areas of the city.

We were very impressed with the staff, the speed of room service for water, the reception, the bar and coffee bar staff. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything.
The room was so dark with no option to brighten.

The location is great, and the restaurant and rooftop lounge are very cool. Room service was great and very convenient.
These rooms are very VERY small. It was difficult and annoying for two people to stay here. Theres no chair to sit, so you have to lay in bed ever minute you are in your room. The bathroom/shower area were as small as a cruise cabin. Very annoying and not worth the $400 a night to stay here. I know it’s NYC but this was ridiculous how SMALL the rooms are.

Smart well located property with excellent service from all members of the team.
