Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was great in terms of being very central and close to major attractions and transportation.
Beds were not the most comfortable and we could not get the temperature to adjust. So the room was ALWAYS freezing.

Wonderful
Friendly staff, great location, although the room may seem small - it is NYC - it was the perfect size for 2 people for a weekend getaway. Great design and decor. Comfy bed. Bathroom was excellent including water pressure. Loved the view. Rooftop bar food was good, views excellent. Would stay at the Archer again.
Some of the public space furniture was showing its age. Fridge in the room wasn't cold enough.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a central location. It took us about 5-10 mins to walk to either the subway or to Times Square. Shaver food hall is a min walk away and has lots of choices. The noise from outside was much less than other hotels in the city.
Room size was small (but expected in the city.

Wonderful
I liked that it was a smaller hotel. I loved our view of the Empire State Building right out of our window. And the rooftop bar was nice. Staff was very helpful when trying to find other accommodations when our flight was canceled.

It was close to everything we wanted to do in New York City during our stay. The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop bar was a lot of fun! Our room was tucked into a corner of the building, so that made it easy to sleep away from all the street noises.
Prices could have been much more affordable, and free breakfast would be nice.

The front door locks at night and you must use your room key to enter which made us feel very safe! The staff members were super nice and helpful! Great location and very central to everything! Our view of the Empire State Building was amazing as well!!

Super cute hotel, and loved the one and decor. Rey industrial chic and hints of restoration hardware with the chesterfield sofa. The rooms were smaller than I wanted but I had an amazing Empire State Building view. The rooms are nice, the shower was gorgeous, the towels were definitely luxurious and the apothecary body wash and moisturizers were top tier. Room service was great and the food was soooo good! Everything I ordered was good and got those same things multiple times. Food arrived quickly and when I needed fresh towels housekeeping was on it. I used to live not too far from the hotel but had never noticed it before but when I saw pictures of it I thought what a great place for a staycation and I was right.

My room was clean. The HVAC system was amazing and my view of the Empire State Building was phenomenal!

Breakfast was medicore. The bacon was fatty and limp. Eggs were cold. The potatoes was really a hashbrown like from McDonalds.

Rooms were very small. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooked AC units that n rooftop of building next door. Not what I was expecting for $600/night.

The room was always immaculate had all the amenities and so much more. We celebrated our anniversary and we were given a bottle of prosecco, which was very special. Another wonderful touch was coming home after a long day to a sweet treat, left in our room - lovely touch!
The hotel was so well positioned, around the corner from the wonderful Bryant Park, 5th Ave and fabulous restaurants and grocery stores.
The hotel breakfast was top notch!
Room could;ve been a little bigger but not a big deal
