It was beautiful and centrally located. The staff provided a hand drawn card, cupcake, and gift for my daughter’s birthday (it made our stay so special). The hotel was beautiful and had an amazing view of the Empire State Building.
They didn’t receive our booking through Booking.com and had no record of our reservation when we arrived even though we had a confirmation number and a reservation. We had to wait awhile while they remedied the situation.

We loved our stay here - no complaints at all. Staff were lovely, location amazing for our first time in NYC to see everything. Room cleaned everyday, big cosy bed.
Room is small but it’s New York and it is expensive for what it is but you know this when coming to the city

The location is great and the hotel is well maintained
The rooms are VERY small. I went with my husband and my baby and it was really hard to move inside the room with the crib

The hotel was beautiful and very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The lady who checked us in was a little cold and detatched but everyone else was amazing.
Only that the rooms were a little small but loved them.
