Wonderful
Picked first for its location to the Staten Ferry for the NYC Marathon start. We were looking for twin share and the room was so big. Very happy. Perfect for two single travellers or if you had a family of 4 with small kids
Breakfast. Disappointing but there is so many place close by with early opening times it didn’t matter

Wonderful
Breakfast was great compared to similar hotels. Location is at south Manhattan but well positioned in terms of metro connections in case you want to focus on Manhattan. Room was ok and the bathroom was modern and clean
In two occasions we felt that the personnel service could have been better. It is not that something went bad but it was obvious that the response was rather typical and not wanting to go the extra mile and help. But maybe it was just a bad day

We thought the Hyatt was a perfect choice for our stay, as we have stayed in others previously. However we were sadly dissappointed.
The rooms were small and on the info we were given on our arrival, we were told we could request a coffee machine in our room. This wasn’t the case throughout our stay as they didn’t have enough for the number of guests. The coffee machine in the bar area was also out of order throughout our 4 day visit. This meant we had to keep going to Starbucks to purchase coffees!

The environment,location was exact what i anticipated for...
I ordered for king bed and king premiere but i got queen bed instead...complained arnd 8pm to one of the guys incharge on my arrival date but he ignored my complaints...And that made me very uncomfortable...after i paid such amounts....No compensation to change the room or deduction from my payments
