Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern, clean, and definitely on the fancier side. The shower was excellent, especially with the marble tiles, and the bed was soft and comfortable.
One upside/downside is that only one small bottle of water is provided per person each day, which may not be enough—especially since there isn’t an easy access to free drinking water nearby.
The elevators are card-activated, which is great for security and helps reduce unnecessary traffic.
I also appreciated the privacy option, although it’s still done with a paper door hanger. For a hotel at this price point, it would be nice to see a more modern, tech-based “Do Not Disturb” system instead of having to open the door and hang the sign manually.
Overall, a very comfortable and stylish stay with just a few small areas for improvement.
Unfortunately, there was no microwave available anywhere in the hotel for guests to use. The bathroom sink area was very small and did not provide enough space for placing skincare or personal items. Slippers were not provided. The bathroom door had no lock and was partially transparent, which affected privacy, as silhouettes could be seen. Even though our room was on a higher floor, there was also a small gap that allowed visibility from outside.
The TV’s mobile device connection did not work properly, which was disappointing.

Good location, close to subways and ample walkable dining options. Very kind staff.
I had a corner room and the curtains didn’t close tightly enough to completely obscure early sunlight. Bathroom had poor layout-little sink/counter space and Awkward toilet paper placement

I like that the staff was extremely friendly and very kind. My daughter's have the same b-day so we came down to celebrate. I mentioned to the staff that it was my girls b-day and one of the ladies there gave my girls a nice gift bag with lots of goodies. She didn't have to but she did and for that we are forever grateful.
The only thing this hotel missing, is a microwave

The shower did not work at all on night 1. on nights 2 and 3 it worked but the hot water in the entire building was out. on night 4, at 5:30am, a false fire alarm went on for over 10 minutes. worst stay in nyc in my life.

The rooms look updated and look good to me in one room, but the shower spray has a problem in one room. The location is good for me and overall good.
AC Hotel is related to ac. i feel cool and the elevator of the hotel is super fast as Matero of New York

The room is large. And there is complimentary water.
No slippers provided. And when I called, they just told me they were out of it. Actually the other Marriott next door had slippers. I mean whatever they can figure it out rather than just declining me. Additionally, this location is inconvenient unless you are not a tourist. And also the closest subway station is far away. And the breakfast is not included.

Despite an unexpected elevator outage during our stay, I want to highlight how exceptionally well this situation was handled by the hotel’s management team.
From the moment I raised my concerns, the response was prompt, empathetic, and professional. Management took full accountability, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make things right. Their follow-through and generosity truly reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction rather than excuses.
While the elevator issue itself was unfortunate, the way the staff addressed it turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate how seriously guest feedback is taken.

I would like to say the rooms were very clean, the hotel is located near Wall Street. Theres a lady name aundres she works at the front desk, she was very helpful. She gave us pointers on where to go and how to get there. She has a nice smile and her attitude was very warming. Anything we needed she was always there . The stay is a 10/10
I didn’t like that bar open at 4pm that evening.

Room was big enough for 5people, we had 2 queen bed and couch that turns into a bed. Big window with city view. Very clean sheets, bathroom. Staff were amazing. Front desk staff named Z helped us a lot with our needs! Very safe neighborhood and close to the subway.So happy with my experience

The room was excellent, we had a view of the river unexpectedly. The staff were great and the service was fast. Everything was so easy.
There was construction going on during our stay but we didn’t hear or notice it until we got on the elevator to leave.
