Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern, clean, and definitely on the fancier side. The shower was excellent, especially with the marble tiles, and the bed was soft and comfortable. One upside/downside is that only one small bottle of water is provided per person each day, which may not be enough—especially since there isn’t an easy access to free drinking water nearby. The elevators are card-activated, which is great for security and helps reduce unnecessary traffic. I also appreciated the privacy option, although it’s still done with a paper door hanger. For a hotel at this price point, it would be nice to see a more modern, tech-based “Do Not Disturb” system instead of having to open the door and hang the sign manually. Overall, a very comfortable and stylish stay with just a few small areas for improvement.
Unfortunately, there was no microwave available anywhere in the hotel for guests to use. The bathroom sink area was very small and did not provide enough space for placing skincare or personal items. Slippers were not provided. The bathroom door had no lock and was partially transparent, which affected privacy, as silhouettes could be seen. Even though our room was on a higher floor, there was also a small gap that allowed visibility from outside. The TV’s mobile device connection did not work properly, which was disappointing.

Good location, close to subways and ample walkable dining options. Very kind staff.
I had a corner room and the curtains didn’t close tightly enough to completely obscure early sunlight. Bathroom had poor layout-little sink/counter space and Awkward toilet paper placement
