Nice place, very nice staff,
$700.00 hold on my card even though I already had prepaid $650.00. Paid for “high floor “ since it was my bday got the 6 th floor with whatever view . Even being away from elevator it was noisy if your a light sleeper don’t come here heard every fire truck police and fights on the street. Other than that great place.

Wonderful
Modern, clean, newer hotel in fantastic location, one block from ginzas main shopping street where the department stores and big designer brands are. Hotel is in between two subway stations giving it very easy access to ginza line that takes you to all the famous areas of Tokyo (shibuya, shinjuku, etc). Excellent breakfast with everything u can desire. Very good hotel, overall

The location.
There are no queen beds. I was with my husband and 18 year old son. The beds were way too small. Plus the rooms are very small. Sliding bathroom door—lame

The only positive points were that the room was clean and the location was convenient.
1. At check-out time, I called the front desk to ask for assistance with my luggage. They told me they were busy, but when I went downstairs, I saw several staff members just standing around.
2. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, and this was the first time I didn’t even find basic items like a toothbrush provided.
3. We booked a double room, but it turned out to be very small and not comfortable.
4. The fridge in the room was empty, except for two small bottles of water.

Street narrow and chaotic
People at reception unfriendly wrong info like that their policy was cleaning rooms every other day never seen in all my life
Don’t answer the phone if you call the hotel from outside
Room phone useless to call reception no way to know what number you have to do
To increase days
I had to do an additional booking so after three days I had to check out change card and continue to stay in the same room
A lot of regulations to make your life difficult
Never again in this hotel

The Restaurant was amazing
You could hear every door open and close the whole time i was in my room. No outside seating and they should pressure wash the outside every morning when weather permits

The locations was great for us for a quick weekend trip to see a Broadway show. In general the staff was helpful, friendly, and did their best to accommodate us.
The night we got in there were no rooms remaining for the type we had booked through booking, the first room’s ac didn’t work (moved, then moved again the next day to the type of room we booked), and the roof top bar that was a big reason for booking this hotel was closed for a private event. Most of the staff were helpful and accommodating, but the night manager on duty when we arrived was not very helpful, and the roof top bar when open the following day had very slow service.
