Great location close to Central Park, Time Square and Radio City Music Hall. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The WiFi drops occasionally. Doors a bit hard to open. Rooms do connect to other rooms so you can hear the guests staying in the other room very well. They don’t stock spare rolls of toilet paper.

Location, hotel room was generally clean. Mattress was comfortable.
The pillows were way too big and uncomfortable. Outdated building, took me forever to unlock the door with the key. The lifts are slow.

Lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location across from Rockefeller Center. Easy check in, lovely quiet and comfortable room. Charming building that was probably a private club. A rare find in NYC!
Lighting in the bathroom is quite harsh.

A super quiet and a very clean place to stay in NY. Located in an excellent location close to the subway as well as other attractions. Facilities were excellent.
When the adjacent room was occupied there was no privacy in the room.

Great location. Quiet and peaceful facility despite being in the center of NYC. Attentive staff, especially the reception desk staff. Clean.
Limited food service and restaurant options in the facility. However numerous restaurants located near the hotel.
