Great location. Fabulous concierge and front desk.
Elevators were slow and not dependable. The room was tiny even for NYC standards and did not feel like it was worth the price.

Great location. Close to the park, undergoing some construction while they change out the windows, other than that it was fantastic.

Beautifully designed hotel with a calm, sophisticated atmosphere and unbeatable location near Central Park. A fantastic creative base in New York with easy access to the city and excellent service.
The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant experience, particularly the breakfast and brunch menu. The restaurant also feels a bit small for the size of the hotel, and seating can be limited during peak breakfast hours. Otherwise, everything was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We were treated very well, like real guests, not just like some strangers who showed up to rent a room.For example, the air conditioning was not operating properly in our room and- without arguments or excuses, we were moved to another room with the staff tranfering our luggage. Then we received a written apology for the inconvenience! Excellent service.
There was nothing to be improved on from our perspective.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room got upgraded without request. The concierge booked us a reservation a 5-star restaurant. We loved the greenery around the hotel and the decor seemed to have a European vibe.

Didn’t like being offered an upgraded room for our anniversary and as we walked in on a couple in the bed occupied. Was a unexpected surprise for all parties ?Then being assigned a room less than what I originally booked .Great view of a liquor store .
