Great set up, yummy breakfasts and brilliant location
Some staff a bit up their own rear ends. Bar closed very early for what and where it is. Scaffolding all over which wasn't mentioned on booking.com.

Loved the details and the eco friendly approach done in a mindful manner. Enjoyed the nooks and areas of comfort provided. The feel of fabrics, design and live plants everywhere were gorgeous.
A few more hooks for hanging jackets, towels.

Wonderful
The ambiance and decoration of the Hotel is very nice, warm, hommy.
Staff are all very nice and welcomning, specially Felicia at Front desk at night who always made sure we
had everything needed.very Helpful.
We had some incidents going on with the fire alarm on the last day early in the morning, due to some malfuncion, but other than that everything was good. Was given a complimentary late check out so we could take some extra rest, MANY THANKS
We will come back for sure when visiting NEW YORK again, is is just a short walk to central park, The Gym is of good size and well equiped.
the doors could perhaps be more soundproofed
can hear neighbours sometime slamming the doors when going in and out.

Great location. Fabulous concierge and front desk.
Elevators were slow and not dependable. The room was tiny even for NYC standards and did not feel like it was worth the price.
