the hotel is hugely overpriced. Small rooms not very practical. The closed door was not closing to the internal light was on the all nightThe size of the closed is ridiculous: there was not enough room to hangs my jackets and coats. mineral water is not supplyed: at this price I'm expecting not to drink tap water. Lobby very cahotic and dark.

Great hotel, rooms were nice and bar was great. We had a corner room with a view of central park which was lovely.

I booked the king bed and they gave us the quenn bad and said they couldn’t give us the king bed because was all booked. The room wasn’t clean had cobweb on the bed we told to the staff but they didn’t clean it. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Terrible experience, completely different compare the 1hotel in Miami Beach (we had a blast there)

Didn’t like being offered an upgraded room for our anniversary and as we walked in on a couple in the bed occupied. Was a unexpected surprise for all parties ?Then being assigned a room less than what I originally booked .Great view of a liquor store .
