Very Poor
This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. We checked in and immediately checked out. There were bed bugs in the room, the floors were disgusting and our feet were black and covered in dirt, in a so called clean room. Look at the pics below. Shady people were standing outside watching us as we parked the car and checked in. Booking.com failed to mention that the hotel is a migrant-homeless shelter. All the reviews are fake! I would check google to see the real reviews.

My room was clean and had all the amenities needed for my weekend stay. The 2 concierge at the front desk were extremely nice and informative when I asked for restaurant recommendations.

Location was amazing. I have stayed here in the past and always liked how close it was to the Long Island Expressway which allows me to get almost anywhere in the city with ease. Parking is ample as well. Room size was decent.
There was an issue with the power on a 95 degree day which caused our AC to stop working. It got very hot in our room that evening until the problem was fixed and resolved.
