I rent the room from Friday to check out on Saturday. I paid at location with credit card and checking my statement online I got surprise I got double charge

This was my second stay. I like everything. The staff is friendly, location is excellent. Rooms are clean and warm. And it has its own parking place, the most thing I needed :)

The staff made the stay phenomenal. They were attentive kind and very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was an excellent touch.

Free parking front desk very knowledgeable
I booked a Booking.com and they said I wasn’t gonna be charged and I paid the property. I was charged a full amount and then when I got there, they charged me again. They said one amount will drop off so I have a four and a 400$ hold on my on my credit card

Ladies at the front desk were very nice.
Room service seem to forget what they were doing and left the room half completed i.e. only one bed made and no wash clothes. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00am and not all the food was out at 7:15am. Selection of the fruit dwindled down each day.

Clean fresh beds. Satisfied with our stay.
The bathroom floor, while generally clean, was filthy around the edges and up the baseboards. There was dirty splatter up the wall above the baseboards. The bathroom was very clean otherwise.
And hotel rooms should always be carpeted.
