Hotel should be clear in informing that cemetery is next to hotel and visible from hotel rooms my family wasn’t comfortable staying.

The staff served with excellence. Acknowledge me as I entered the front entrance and assured me as a guest that it would be a brief wait. The view was of downtown New York and the Brooklyn and Verazano Bridges, jaw-dropping.

The parking was spacious and convenient, and the facilities were great for the price. The staff were very friendly. I could use the coffee machine in the lobby to get hot water. The breakfast, with waffles, bread, fruit, and eggs, was just as good as anywhere else.
During our 4-day stay, the last night was quite noisy since the soundproofing wasn’t good. Even though it was a family room, there wasn’t a proper table and chairs for us to sit around together. Getting to Manhattan was a bit inconvenient because we had to transfer between the bus and subway. If you’re heading to the airport in the morning, it’s better to leave early because of traffic.

My old neighborhood
I couldn’t fit in the bathroom I couldn’t get infront of the bed in my wheelchair nor could I sleep in the bed or did I cause I couldn’t get up on that angle I asked for wheelchair accessible room and they lied and told me once I compaines that it wa booked 5 min b4 I booked mine which is a complete lie I want a full refund I spoke and voiced my complaint with rude manager who when she left I mean the rude worker tried telling me I cannot sit infront wait for my buddy to get off work to come get me I wasn’t even inside threatened to trespass me and my friends where staying there talk about rudeness the cleaning lady was the best she’s said honey you not gonna be able get on bed I couldn’t get to the ac had to call for help all I was able to do was wash my hands and keep my bags on the bed please have booking .com contact me 7189288543 or jjendroska119@hotmail.com I deserve a refund I broke night and came back at 6 am and sat outside in sun while breakfast went on didn’t want to eat felt angry I didn’t sleep and my day was ruined took a uber to holiday inn express where they have handicap rooms more then 1 !!!! How do you only have one handicap room I booked my room at 5 am after talking to front desk who said book it and he will reserve the hand so room I come in he’s gone and women helped me nice Russian girl that shocks me didn’t realize it was not handicap ascribe it had grab bars but I don’t stand I only have one leg and I’m a paralyzed t3/t4 left leg full amputation cleaned The whole room since I could use it cause how dirty it was when moved the bed 2.feet to try to spin round and still couldn’t so no rest at the not comfort in and I got yelled at for pouring 3 cups of water what !!

The front desk receptionist Kimisha was very nice and helpful. She was awesome. So was the rest of the staff.
The breakfast choices were great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was nice and clean.
There was no patio or a nice private area to hang out with chairs.
