The location was really good. Very well connected to everything if you are visiting nyc.
It was noisy in the nights, also they don’t clean the room if you explicitly requested. We stayed 4 nights and they only cleaned 2 and we actually complained

The location and view were amazing. The front desk staff did their best given the circumstances. 10 minutes from different metros.
The room was dirty when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. Everything was dusty, there was mold in the bathroom, and even the remote was sticky. We informed the staff, and I also overheard other guests making similar complaints, but nothing changed. The TV occasionally stopped working due to connection issues, and the bed sheets were dirty.
At the end of our stay, we were charged an additional $15 per day for “amenities,” which apparently included water, tea, and coffee provided in the lobby and room, as well as other services. The air conditioning was also very loud; we were told this was normal, so we accepted it.

Very disappointing stay despite this being advertised as a 4-star hotel.
On the morning of our checkout day, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room. When we called the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room because there was apparently no one available to look into the issue.
To do this, we had to pack all of our belongings, check out of the room, and then check in again to a different one. Unfortunately, the new room also had no hot water.
I politely asked the front desk staff to call someone to fix the problem or contact a manager, but my request was ignored. She simply said that she had left a note for her manager.
As a result, we had to leave the hotel on our final day without being able to take a hot shower.
After our stay, I contacted the hotel to report the inconvenience. They promised a 20% refund for our stay, but even after several weeks we still have not received it.
Overall, one of the worst stays in the New York, and I'll never stay here again.
