We had no hot water through out the entire hotel , they said they were looking into but had no eagerness to ensure they working on it. Then asked to have an extension on check out time and was told we would be charged extra for that. Then asked if we could have compensation on the inconvenience and was told it’s booking.coms problem.

I liked the view of my room. Very clean and spacious room.
The staff is very rude no matters. You asked them something and they answered back with an attitude. For such a nice hotel should have better front desk/ custumer service personnel.The staff you see at the front its the first impression of the hotel and they should be professional and willing to.provide information and good service. They don't answer the phone when you call. There was no hot water and I came down and told the lady at the front desk there was no hot water and she just answered "I KNOW" with such a bad attitude. No explanation of why there was no hot water.

The rooms are tiny and the rooms with 2 beds are twin beds. The bathroom was old and cramped and some of the furnishings had wear and tear on them

Staff was friendly. The Roof top lounge was good.
The room was extremely small and not really clean. Visible trash and a lighter under the bed. I don't know how the cleaner missed it. The pillows, sofa, and carpet had stains.
The elevator was also very dirty, and the vendor machines didn't work. Parking is horrible, and the area is isolated

Wonderful
No ice machine, went to bar but it’s was peak hours. The bartenders had no ice buckets and didn’t care that I was staying at the hotel, like the project upstairs isn’t connected to the hotel operation. In a this bussiness all outlets connect. I’ve been in the industry for 15 years and work in midtown. Having an ice machine is essential not just for those who want to drink but also apply to those that need to keep medicine cold or get hurt. Just a thought Zhotel.

Only the view, but this was also obstructed by the dirty windows.
Dirty carpets, cold rooms, noisy club, old furniture, stains (blood or paint) on carpets, rotting wood. Staff had to use space heaters to keep the lobby warm. Club went until 5am, could hear every base thump and felt people dancing on the roof. At time I could hear them.

The views, floor to ceiling windows really allow for postcard looking views even from lower floors …check-in & checkout made super easy w/ online availability option…
Staff is very helpful & also know how to give guest theyre space which was appreciated…
If using the subway is in the plan, be prepared for a 7-10min walk… other then that
