Very Poor
We had to change our room, 3 times due to bedsheets filled with either make up stains or hair follicles. Would not recommend. (Have visited this hotel, previously in 2018 and it was WONDERFUL, hence re-booking it.)

From the minute we checked in until check out the front desk, management and maintenance staff were wonderful! This trip was for my husband and Iâ≢s honeymoon. Hotel was low key and romantic. Easy access to Subway lines. We will be back 100%
The breakfast bar could be better. For the price you pay in fees for your stay the breakfast was sub par. Maybe some scrambled eggs and bacon and toast or waffle maker would really go along way.

The view outside of our room was decent.
It was about 20 degrees outside and our hotel room had no heat. The thermostat was set to 85 degrees but there were no heat coming out. We had to ask for extra blankets to sleep through the night. Hotel was only willing to reimburse their hotel fee.

Great staff - very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable. I was only there 1 night for a quick trip to NYC - the price and the room fit my needs for this trip.
I don't like any of the hotel "resort fees" (and that is for all NYC hotels) - not exactly sure what I was paying for. But I did take advantage of the free breakfast before heading home.

The views of the city were amazing. The rooms were good sized, and had nice large windows in the halls.
The rooftop bar/restaurant was very lacking. We ordered 4 different tapas/appetizers and 2 martinis. The food had little flavor and the meat in the tacos had a questionable smell, however the guacamole was good. The martinis we are FAR from a martini.

The hotel is a few miutes wallk to Queensboro Plaza metro station..
Before we checked out an amount was billed thru my credit card without any notice. I found out later that the amount was for taxes. Normally when we book hotel rooms the taxes are imcluded in the blocked amount during check in and not billed separately.

I loved the check in process, and staff. The room itself was small but clean and had a great view. Television was very large and smart, so all I had to do was log in to my streaming service
I did not like that the beds were so low to the ground and you could feel every spring in the mattress

The reason for less than great rating: the hidden fees. You will be charged an extra $35 extra a night. There is no way around it. This is not an honest way to do business and it unfortunately leaves a lasting impression.
