The Hotel Staff was kind and very helpful. I liked the kitchenette that we had in our room, full with all the kitchen items you would ever need, and more. I really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job.
The room was a bit smaller than what I had thought from what was advertised, but other than that, it was a nice hotel, I would stay here again if I'm ever in Long Island City again.

We loved this apartment hotel, the staff were great, the room was big and just a block from the subway. Great facilities in the room and so good to have a kitchen in the room. Breakfast in the morning was good and we loved the 24/7 market, and hot chocolate & coffee or tea available any time. Staff were friendly and polite and the kitchen ladies were great too especially Lina and her sister. Thank you for a great stay!

We were there 10 nights and the floor was getting very dirty by the end. Housekeeping was good but could have done floor cleaning and replenished kitchen essentials more often.
