Very Good
If you’re not getting a room with the good view, you’re going to miss the most interesting part of the experience of staying at this hotel. Be sure you’re getting a right one, either and higher floor is recommended
On weekends, getting yourself to Manhattan might take 45 minutes, consider transportation times !

Nothing comes to mind. I really enjoyed my stay.

We specifically wanted to be at this property to wake up to the skyline views of Manhattan. It was absolutely spectacular. The staff was great. The restaurant in the lobby was great. This place is a 10 out of 10!!! we will be back.
The location was prime. The neighborhood was so cute safe and quiet. We specifically went for two nights for Thanksgiving. The hotel was close to the train that we needed to go to the parade.

Wonderful
The location, style and value. Staff was kind and responsive to requests.
Small TV and the room could’ve used another chair or sitting area.

The location, the interior design, the coziness, the restaurant, the coffee bar!
There was no dresser, I’m a very ocd need to be organized person I didn’t like that there was no place to put clothes. Also I’ve never been in a hotel or resort that did not have just a simple coffee pot in the room! I need coffee first thing in the morning and I also have to use a special coffee for stomach issues it has to be low acid and organic so I always bring my own for medical reasons but had to have the coffee bar down stairs which was excellent by the way but also do not like to have to be out in front of the public in pajamas. It also would have been nice to have warmers or heating lamps outside on patios areas!

The lobby has a warm inviting vibe, the restaurant is great because it’s open early and late, the rooms are simple and chic, the balcony and view are beautiful. Perfect stay.
Nothing could be better.

Very Good
I have stayed at the Boro on several occasions and obviously felt good about the stay enough to return. The staff if friendly and the restaurant is a wonderful way to greet the day (inside or out).
On this visit alone, there was a distinct smell of cigar smoke in our room each time we returned. There is a strict no-smoking policy at the Boro, however, when the front desk was notified, they basically shrugged it off as "someone breaking the rules". I doubt we will be returning.
