...I really did not like the Hotel at all. I thought the Room smelled funny / horrible and the furniture was extremely Old and Run down.

Wonderful
The soft very comfortable bed, big fluffy comforters. The shower area and the little vanity couch. Overall the rooms are great as Ive stayed here numerous times.
The heat wasnt working this time around and the substitution couldve been better.

The bed was a little too soft but the pressure of the shower was good.
The male staff wasnt that nice. The cleaning lady was rude and tried to get ne out early even though I had late check out and didnt even apologise.

Is impossible to try to sleep on weekends since there is a bar or disco on top, music is too loud

Fixtures and fittings were good quality but showing signs of wear now
Hotel is next to a 'party house', loud music til 4am, luckily we were able to sleep through it due to being so tired

In the wrong position for sightseeing
Dirty both rooms the same
Not replying to emails charged for drinks twice wont return money still wont reimburse the $100 dollars pending on my bank account got to wait 30 days but have reimbursed the other room no one knows what the other one is doing
Taxi driver warned us it wasnt a safe area to stay not to go out after dark by ourselves not a pleasant hotel

Not too far from Flushing Main Subway Station.
Initially we were given a 6th Floor room but the noise of the Aircon and the rooftop night club were overwhelming. Thankfully the desk clerk changed our room to the 4th floor which was acceptable with regards to the noise.

Good condition and clean.
There is no tea bag and kettle for hot water. Also the Wifi doesn't work for several days, and Hotel doesn't fixed it until few days asking. This doesn't meet the expectations of the Hotel rating.
