Good evening, I would never prefer anyone to stay in this hotel. The building is beautiful from the outside, but when you enter the hotel, you find that you have entered a disco. The receptionist was very quiet, but she looked exhausted from the number of people near the reception desk and talking loudly. Well, I arrived late at 7:30 in the evening. I received the room key and I was supposed to receive a card explaining to me that I would get a free breakfast based on my reservation of the room through the internet. I did not take just a card. I was asked to scan it by phone. Well, I went up to the room and was surprised by the opposite of what I expected. First, the room was completely different from what was on the website. The covers were very untidy. In addition, there were no coffee or sugar bags. Of course, I will be asked why you did not speak, sir. I sent a message to the hotel management, but no one has answered me yet. Well, I gave in to sleep because I only wanted to sleep because I was tired from a flight and I had another flight the next day. If something happens The last time the police came to the room next to me and started knocking on the door and they opened it and said we are the police and they started investigating with the owner of the room next to me and of course I couldn’t sleep I sent another message to the hotel did anyone answer me of course you know the answer no one of course the next day I left at ten in the morning because I couldn’t sleep well at all I was exhausted and the bed is next to the door and the sounds of doors opening and closing make it impossible for anyone to sleep thank you for the experience and I will never repeat it again thank you for not caring about the customer even though I sent you a message more than once but no one from you took the trouble to even call or send a single message

I booked this hotel for guests, but after they checked out, they realized they had left behind two pieces of clothing. We immediately returned to the hotel to inquire, only to be told that the items were nowhere to be found. These clothes were not inexpensive, and it is standard practice for hotels to store lost items for 30 days. I find it hard to believe that such a well-known and reputable hotel brand failed to meet this basic standard. To make matters worse, the customer service staff were extremely unfriendly, which added to our frustration. Is this an issue of the housekeeping staff’s professionalism or the front desk’s negligence? Either way, the hotel’s casual handling of guests’ belongings and poor service is unacceptable, and we will not choose to stay here again.

The location is great, safe, and convenient. Noise cancellation is also awesome.
Beds are a little too soft. Also, the faculties who are doing housekeeping speak Spanish only, making it hard to communicate. The most disappointing part is that when we checked out and waited in the lobby for our driver, there are faculties keep coming to us and ask us to get out, which made us angry.
