Clean comfortable rooms! The breakfast was great and the staff was attentive. Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful!
Parking was not included and the recommended lot was full. Had to search for a parking spot for about the half hour.

Room Door is broken, my service dogs went out, no staff cared, they even run out of the hotel main door which is near traffic, no one want to hold them and care about their safety.
Manager Santina Wiggins is very very rude, full of bias, talking to me impolitely, keep speaking out load that I have disabilities, making me uncomfortable. Even though we decided to move out after checking in for only 30 minutes, no refund, even charge for the whole reservation for 2 nights. Horrible management.

Best location near LGA airport with free shuttle pick up and drop. Plenty of Chinese food outlets around, Bigger rooms more than expected, Italian connection, polite staff, nice lobby, facilities of Gym, Laundry, breakfast, easy to move around.

The breakfast was really good and the hotel was extremely clean! The photos online don’t do the property justice! The hotel shuttle was very fast at pickup from the airport.
Offering non-pork options for breakfast meat would be great! Also. The pillows are huge and fluffy so if you’re someone like me who prefers a flat pillow you may not enjoy your sleep. The AC comes on loudly too.
