The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was adequate and clean.
The advertised restaurant had been closed for several months. The snack dispenser was not operational. The hotel was in a very questionable neighborhood and we were uncomfortable leaving the hotel to go to a restaurant. The hotel entrance and lobby required you to climb stairs with baggage to check in.

Airport transfer was amazing, we arrived way after midnight they still delivered on the promise. Super friendly staff.
We stayed on top floor and AC on the roof was very loud and constantly humming, little annoying.

Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The location felt safe and the hotel was close to a subway station. I can't really fault anything, it's a great hotel.

Great breakfast with a decent choice of options. Comfortable sitting room and dining room in suites. Close to subway so easy commute to Manhattan.
Air condition/heating was a bit noisy and made an occasional clunking sound

Airport Shuttle was convenient and timely.
Patrons at the breakfast facility were very rude. Acted like they had never seen food before and were raised by wolves!

Very clean and spacious. Location is excellent with many restaurants around and close to 7 subway station. Front desk, shuttle bus driver and people in cafeteria are very kind and willing to help. I will stay here next time when I visit NYC.

It was clean, the room was a good fit for our family, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport were also extremely helpful.
The on-site restaurant was not open for dinner.
