I stayed at this hotel numerous times!
I was up sad about staying this time! Because the next room banged the door at 4 o’clock in the morning then turned on the television volumes so loud that made me couldn’t sleep and not happy!!

Very comfortable. Rooms were even better than advertised. Very clean. Staff were very kind. Even allowed very early check in around noon. Location is safe, very close to mall and train station.

The location worked fine for me.
Definitely not the experience we expected. The location was convenient for us, but the accommodation was just okay. The room was quite small and not very comfortable. Pretty dark and not many outlets. As other guests have mentioned, the walls were poorly insulated and we could hear people talking in the next room, which made it hard to fall asleep.
The shower was also inconvenient: the showerhead was mounted on the wrong side, making it difficult to turn on the water without getting splashed.
What really disappointed me was the breakfast. Everything tasted stale, especially the sweet items like cookies. The donuts were overly sweet, and overall there was very little variety. Unfortunately for all these reasons, considering the price too, I would rate this stay 2.5 stars

The room was clean and large size. The bed was very comfortable, The front desk staff were nice and helpful. It was in a good location and next to the mall. The shower had a nice amount of water pressure compared to some of the other hotels in Flushing area that I have stayed in before.
I liked the room. The first night though was rough. Someone in the room above me was stomping around and talking way to loud as well as arguing with someone. I got very little sleep between 1am and 3am and ruined things the first night. That is why my overall score was 9 out of 10. The other nights we fine.

Love the location. Super close to catch the bus or the subway. Right next to the mall and various restaurants. Super convenient.
Could hear people talking outside the door. I know they're probably for the other room or they're people on their way to the elevators. But I'm a light sleeper so it woke me up a couple of times

Location, price point, breakfast. Well maintained, very clean.
Entrance was difficult to find. They need to put a sign on the street since the building is set back 20 feet.
Difficult to find parking, unless you park in the shopping mall parking lot.
