It was relatively okay, but the property has really gone downhill since my last stay.
The water pressure was poor, the place wasn't very clean, and it's starting to show its age. It feels like there's been little to no proper maintenance.

Close to LaGuardia airport. The price. There was a refrigerator in the room.
The location is in a rundown area of Queens. There was no place to sit other than the bed. No coffee maker. The hair dryer didn’t work.

I liked almost everything about the trip.
Well, there seems to be a major disconnection. I'm always asking for a room facing the back of the hotel, and I'm always assigned a room facing the front of the hotel(Linden Pl). I'm not sure where the disconnect is occurring, but I would really appreciate having a room moving forward facing the BACK of the hotel. I like to think I book these hotel stays with a decent amount of time in advance to secure the reservation. Thank you
