I'm including photos of a room I got, but thankfully was switched.
That room had a soiiled bed that was made up for guest use. I had got that room on a prior stay so I knew to check. When I informed staff, they said the replacenents for the protectors has been ordered
I think you need new coffee pots, or find a way to keep them clean as new

The same problem with this room's facs sink, missing stopper, extreemly high water pressure. Streams one line of water

Loved the comforter, it was fluffy, and warm
Deadbolt, and latch worked
The extreemly high water pressure for the face sink. The sink had a thin stream of water and no stopper
The shower heads needs replacing, water comes out horribly
On the other hand,, the toilet water pressure is way low

Promply got two stained pillows replaced by staff
Promply got a stool for the room from staff
The phone did not work, it was dead on my last stay
The frame for the heater/AC was partially missing
The floor was sticky
The hand towels needs to be replaced with new ones, not laundry ones
Two pillows were stained (A sponsor could replace all the pillows)

Clean, modern facilities (tastefully renovated), free parking and value for money.
Rooms are very small but was not a problem for our stay as it was my wife and I staying for a night.
