Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty had to call them to change it. The room definitely wasn’t clean before I went in there.

I loved how clean and neat the rooms were as well as the lovely reception staff. These people running the hotel are not only professional and service oriented, but very friendly and willing to answer any questions about the Queens and NY area. I would stay with them again anytime!
Maybe only the fact that I probably could’ve benefited from renting a car short term and just driving around Queens and Brooklyn myself, but this has nothing to do with the hotel or property itself. Just a personal preference.

Disappointing
Room looked clean, but upon further inspection certain areas were not as clean as they should have been and the towels in the bathroom were in the same condition.
The original room that we had booked, the toilet wasn't working correctly, and it was freezing even with the heat being turned on, and we had to be moved to another room and it wasnt as clean as it should have been. It was freezing even with the heater on, the towels in the bathroom looked clean, but when you looked closer there was still some spots on them, and the room was much smaller than what was described and shown.
