Only one front desk is working, no manager. Bad customer service. They can't help you to cancel or change the order.

-The "free breakfast" is just coffee and an open box of biscuits in the lobby area.
-The mattress I was on had weird old stains on it.
-They said they are family friendly yet have no cots for babies available.
-Room key keeps getting deactivated so everyday I had to keep going to the front desk to reactivate it.
-Rooms are quite small.
-Their rules is that you have to ask for room service the day before. I asked and no one came the next day. My partner had to go up to them to request it again. Then thats when they came. Idk if its poor communication on the staff part or it took a man with a deep voice to get heard.
-I couldn't switch hotels because I would of lost my full deposit, so I just bared it for my 4 day stay.

We couldn’t even stay at this property and had to leave. It was unbelievably dirty, had hair on the bed and pillows. There was no comforter or a bed cover. Also, it was heavily smoked in this room. We couldn’t breathe. Bathroom was also horrible. Front desk person didn’t speak English and wouldn’t have anybody to either clean or change the room. We left. Staying at the airport was a better option than being in that horrible room. I also asked for a refund and investigation of this property as it is not near any basic standards.

I like how it was resently remodel, and was good for the price. Very reasonable
Mattress very uncomfortable. Felt like we were sinking in the middle of the mattress.
But they were bringing in New Mattress .
I guess they were still working on changing stuff & still remodeling

Nothing.
One of the worst hotel you can ever stay in! It is dirty , they did not clean sheets or pillow cases , it was bed full of hair and dead skin. There were noises all night , this hotel needs to be closed by the health department , this is United States not third world country. Also The room was smaller than a prison cell and the worst part is cops came at 3 am in the morning looking for someone in there . That was the worst experience ever
