No clean room, bathroom, and bed. Also the shower stuff used and the Ac dirty and bed so ugly dirty too now clean

Clean room and very comfortable bed. The facility is great value for the price in NYC. The location is good as well as with easy access to NYC metro transport system.

Absolutely nothing
I actually went to the room, and straight away, I booked another hotel and left . I booked BW Jamaican Inn and was very satisfied. I lost all the money I paid to Grand View Hotel.
It's a lesson I had to pay a heavy price for. I would advise anyone to stay clear of that place.
When the taxi dropped us off and told that's the place , I almost fainted. The neighborhood is like a ghetto slum.

I’m very critical when it comes to cleanliness and odors, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh throughout the property. It’s rare for me to be this impressed by a hotel’s cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!

Located near shopping center.
The rooms are small and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Not a place for relaxation. Bed is small. Needs some upgrading.
