The location is excellent. Just outside the bus stop is there. So, it's very easy for people who don't have a car. The room and washroom was clean.
Breakfast can be improved. They just have bakery items.

Served my purpose of a reasonably priced room for my stay. Was just looking for a place to sleep, not a fancy hotel.
Rooms are very small, but I was aware of that when I booked.

Location: Bus stop in front ($2.90) to Flushing main station for subway (and fantastic food on Mainstreet in Chinatown) or 20-ish min walk. Grocery, pizza, liquor, an easy short walk. Keurig coffee in lobby, knowledgeable, friendly front staff there 24/7. Never felt unsafe, but always be aware of surroundings!
Cleaning smell at times. Low water pressure and small room.

The room was filthy and clearly no pride of work with the cleaning staff. Upon arrival there were visible hairs all over the washroom and floor. The heating/cooling system was covered in spongy black filth.

The location is nice and is close to some supermarkets and fast food places. Nice staff.
When the room was booked, we got a knock on our door at 1 am in the morning. These were the previous guests that extended their stay, but the hotel was not aware.
The walls are thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the room.
No shuttle. Other guests complained about dirty sheets.
The bed sheets are just a sheet over the mattress that could easily be removed (no real sheets cover).
The wifi was horrible.

The location is perfect and staff was nice. When we asked for new bed sheets, they provided it. Only good for short stays.
This place used to be nice, but we learned that there are new owners. When we checked in, they gave us a room that had luggage from other people. We had to wait a half hour before the luggage was gone while they said they would be done in 10 mins. We were not sure why they would not give a new room.
No shuttle. No luggage storage. No cleaners. Bad wifi.
