The cleaning staff is amazing
The people taking reservations are disrespectful and trying to make a extra buck every chance they get. They list their motel online and gets pissed when ppl book online. They make up so many rules and try to extort as much money as they can from you.

The person at the front desk when we checked in. The terrible bed and pillows. The room should have an iron. It didn't. But what we really didn't like were the hourly room rates taped to the cage that the person at the front desk was in.
I can't believe this type of motel showed up on search for a motel.
Overpriced, way underwhelming.

Absolutely the worst motel stay Ive ever had. Our flight was cancelled at La Guardia because of the heavy rain, many flights were cancelled, so local hotels/motels used that as an opportunity to raise their prices. We paid $335 for a dump that was just horrible. Sheets were dirty. Bedspread was dirty. Dirty Ashtrays were in the room so the place stunk of smoke. No smoke detectors. And NOISY. The people in the next room were so loud and it doesnt help that the walls are paper thin. Avoid this place at all costs! Disgusting!
Everything could have been better. The worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy. Not up to code (a room did not have a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detectors. Sheets dirty. Bedspread dirty. Pillows like pancakes. Mattress hard as a rock. TV didnt work. Threadbare towels. Slivers of soap. And sooo noisy. Avoid this place at all costs. Its gross and disgusting.

Room provided was not according to reservation and advertisement on booking.com: was advertised as being able to accommodate 2 adults and a child age 16, the room could actually accommodate only 2 adults. No additional bed was provided.
This is a hotel that rents room by the hour and some of them have the walls covered with mirror.
Definitely not for families.

I got stuck last night when all flights were canceled due to flooding in New York. All of the hotels next to JFK were booked so this was the first hotel that I picked in a haste at almost midnight. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I probably would have let it go if I didn't pay almost $400 for a room with graffiti on the furniture and walls that you could seriously hear through. I was on the first floor and literally could hear the guy at the reception desk. Stay away from this "gem"...you'd be better spending the night at the airport then stay here. I've never seen anything like this motel...don't get ripped off... big YIKE
