The room was disgusting, the floor was covered in dirt and the toilet and shower was moldy. The bed felt like laying on cardboard.

Fácil para salir al aeropuerto La guardia. Easy going to AirPort La Guardia.
No pude dormir habían chinches y me picaron toda la noche en la habitación 606, I Can’t sleep because my room 606 have bedbugs and bite me all night.

The location is great! It is very convenient for food and transportation.
The outlets are all loose and we had a hard time to keep the block for phone charger stay charged.

It was close to the concert venue - Citi field
The staff was rude. The place was dirty. They had 5 parking spots only. There was no ice. There was no remote for the TV. The toilet didn't flush.

Breakfast was average. Location is the best.
Lady front desk lady was not friendly. She was not helpful at all. Were us the two male front desk staffs was extremely helpful and great at customer service.

The location is very convenient, 6 min walk from the subway/bus. The area is bustling with a lot of good food options during the day. The hotel is old but the bed was comfortable.
The electric plug by the bed was too loose to hold any charger, so the only plug was in the bathroom.

Cleaning staff ensured the room was clean. I extended my stay and staff were helpful in telling me how to do it. Noise levels aren’t that bad for being in the city.
The beds are rock hard. I woke up every day in severe pain. I didn’t get a single full night of sleep because of how uncomfortable I was. Shower head was on jet mode and couldn’t be changed. Outlets were taped to the wall.

The cleaning staff came every day to ensure that the rooms stayed clean. The property is also conveniently 16 minutes away from a train.
Staff did not properly communicate where parking was and I got a parking ticket for $115 which I was very unhappy with. Facilities were also “sketchy.” Shower head was stuck on jet mode and couldn’t be changed which made for unpleasant showers. Electrical outlets were also falling apart and barely worked. There were two in my room and both were taped to the wall and my chargers kept falling out of them.

Hotel tried to accuse me of stealing a towel and tried to keep my $100 deposit the maid tried to hide the towel I went back upstairs to find it the maid tried to keep it and my spouse told me it wasn’t solved downstairs and she was still trying to keep my money I escorted all 4 towels downstairs and demanded my money back overall the hotel made me late to work and made my spouse miss a ultrasound appointment I would not recommend
