The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had good options. Most of the staff were very friendly.
The shuttle was awful! The main reason I booked the hotel was because of the shuttle pick up from the airport. We arrived at 9:14pm and we didn’t get picked up till 2 hours later! The driver made excuses as to why it had taken his so long to pick us up blaming us and being aggressively rude to me ( a woman) and my daughter. To make matters worse, our driver was watching videos on his phone while driving the entire time.
The trip was to visit a college my daughter will be attending in the fall. We are planning on making several more trips to New York but I will never book this hotel again because of the night time shuttle driver.
In the morning I tried calling the front desk to use the morning shuttle but never got an answer. I went downstairs 10 minutes later at exactly 6:03am and was told the next shuttle would not leave till 6:30 because the last one left at 6am yet the driver and van were parked in front of the entrance.
I had to call an uber to make my flight.
Horrible experience with the shuttle service!

Staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful! Close to the airport and shuttle service!
