It’s very convenient to the trains. It’s a walk to all manor of restaurants and it’s quiet.
The staff are a bit impatient and a bit snappy but they do try to help.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in check-out process was very smooth.
The restaurant attached to the hotel, located in the basement was good. The location was good, walking distance from the metro and with good options for shopping.
The room size was extremely small with hardly any space to walk around. There are barely any facilities in the room.

the location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
breakfast was not that good, not enough cooked hot meals.

The hotel is great, clean rooms with all facilities working. Had a great view from the room. The beds were great too. Most I liked was, this is in the middle of NYC Chinatown. Had all the option of Chinese dining.
The parking charge for my car was high, it could have been free as the space was available for guests.
