The Breakfast was good. The meals was tasty and divert,
The Front desk staff and management need training in customer service, They take no ownership when it comes to any customer issues. You can not believe anything that they say. The management will tell you to contact day manager, and that they left a note; but no one calls. You call Hiltons Customer Service, and they will tell you to try some other time because they can not get through. It all feels like a scam. I have not given up on trying to resolve my issues before I take other actions. I would not take anything the Staff or Management say at face value. They are not trustworthy.

Hotel is shabby. The food which came from the next building was substandard. The in room coffee maker was broken. The in doesn't have its own pool. You can use the pool the hotel next door. It's cold walking from one building to the next. I should have taken photos of the dirty bed coverings. Definitely not worth the price.

Staff are friendly and breakfast. But breakfast needs to be altered because they serve same stuff every day.
The bathroom needs some update. The faucet are loose making it harder to regulate cold and hot water in the shower. But it's a best place to stay and safe.

The location was excellent. The hot breakfast was very good. Customer service was good. The bed was comfortable, and the view was excellent.
The furniture in the room was old and very dated. I didn't like having to pay extra for parking. The common use microwave was dirty and full of smells. It should be cleaned throughout the day.

Close proximity to LaGuardia airport and the free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes
The Microwave in the lobby was filthy, did not want to use to heat up my food. The rooms are old- furniture is scratched up and worn, flimsy and uncomfortable mattress, dingy carpet. Very thin towels. No fridges in the rooms.
