Bed was very comfortable and I the room was quiet. I slept very well and free shuttle to the airport was great. Very good place to stay to fly from LGA
Staff was very friendly and accommodated all my asks. Quiet room with a nice comfy bed.

The rooms smell a bit dusty. The curtains are not super clean.

The shower water on wed & Thursday was luke warm. I complained twice, both times I was told an engineer will come to the room within 10 minutes. Neither time did anyone come to help with the problem of luke warm water in the shower.
Felt my concerns went unheard.
