We didn't have heat in our room. I called the hotel lobby around 5am to have someone come and check and by 9am maintenance still had not arrived. So, I had to call again, maintenance did arrive and explain that the room we were in was one of their older rooms and the heater needed to be swapped out. He offered us a room change but check out was in less than 2 hours. We also had less than half a roll of tissue in the room, which I had to go down to the lobby again to ask for a roll.

free coffee, clean, staff offered membership and we were able to get discounted parking spot, it helped a lot because it snowed and the parking lot is covered. Accessible to bus stops. We even used their shuttle from the airport. we saved money from there:))
