Wonderful
The room was clean and stylish. I didn’t expect it to be so comfortable. The bathroom was a nice frosted- glass room that was clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable too.
It was a nice room but the shower head needed some cleaning because the water was streaming in different directions and got my hair wet.

The rooms heating didnt work at all, and I wasn't expecting so much in parking. I know parking would cost something but no info about that on booking.com

Room was clean and well equipped for the size. The coffee maker made very good coffee. Shower and bathroom counter size were good. Thermostat worked well.
Room size was small and bathroom arrangement with frosted glass walls was different, but it worked OK. One desk clerk misinformed us about the availability of coffee downstairs. Bathroom shelf was loose.

Location
No lounging area to relax and talk with others and the duplex king size room I rented it's too small barely enough room to walk around and the breakfast was not good enough it could have been more better for lower price.

The room was very nice and clean. I was offered an upgrade when I arrived and got a fantastic view of Manhattan from the 7th floor. The glass bathroom is not see through and offers privacy. Also came with a robe and slippers, lots of towels, and full sized shower products. Although room is compact they offer a good bit of storage for belongings. Area around hotel is well lit and has plenty of dining options within walking distance( a few are late hour/ 24 hour). About a 10 minute walk from the subway (a bit uphill from subway to hotel) and passes by a bank. The staff is very friendly and recommend some food options. They do offer early check in for $60 extra.

I loved loved lovedd being on the 6th floor! We were infront of the laundry but it was still an awesome sky view. All the staff/security were attentive and nice to speak with in person and over the phone. I was running late from my train but they helped my stay when I communicated to them and it was the best experience walking into.
The water pressure/angle in my shower wasn’t my favorite but it was bearable aside from that there was no complaints.
