The room took forever to warm up, the faucet leaked in the sink all over the place, the shower handle came off and hard time getting it back on.

very easy check in and out! staff was super friendly, great location, view was wonderful, close to shops and restaurants
we stayed another night because we had such a great time.
parking, I'm grateful it is even offered, some hotels had no parking. first come first serve but if you pay for a spot and none are available they will refund ( then you have to find street parking spot)

Beautiful building, the rooms are nice, they’re decently clean compared to other places I’ve stayed out here.

The front desk staff was amazing very polite and respectful. Hotel was decent and very clean.
For this to be consider a 4 star hotel I honestly expected a doorman and someone greeting you upon arrival. I don't know in what world this accommodation (although decent) I certainly would not classify this a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in better.

Superbly friendly, helpful front desk staff; rooms, though not luxurious, were clean, quiet, well-maintained. Perfectly adequate for my purposes. Towels and linens of excellent quality; much higher than you'd usually find in a three star hotel. Nice views from the upper stories. I chose this because it was near a work conference, and I would stay again.Oh, plus I was here during the government shutdown and my flight was cancelled. The Wyndham was very helpful in working with my need to prolong the stay.
And, the WiFi was not easy to connect with; passwords didn't work. Though when I went down to the front desk, they fixed it. I suggest improving this --- get one super-secure password, the same one for the whole system, and check to see if it works in every single room on all floors.
