What a lovely time my two friends and I had staying at Wyndham Garden. We loved the location (close to our music venue), especially the various food offerings in the area. We especially LOVED your team! Yosef at the front desk inquired about our time in the area and was sure to greet us every time we crossed paths in the front lobby. And it was a pleasure chatting with Joshua at the bar before heading off to our music festival. The rooms were comfy, clean, and had just the right amenities for our weekend away. Would 100% stay the next time we're in town. Thanks for playing a big part in our memorable time in Brooklyn!

The manager Josef was so professional,friendly and courteous he’s a great asset to this company. The puerto Rican manager that looks like Mark Anthony is awesome as well. The entire staff makes this experience totally unique. Thank you!!

Stayed from Thursday to Saturday. Asked for my room to be cleaned 3 times. Wasn’t cleaned once during my stay. Asked for spoons (I had icecream) and towels the last night. They never came. They said “we went to the wrong room.” Ok so you just stop trying because you forgot the room? Then said “we don’t deliver spoons.” Ok then tell me that. I ain’t lazy. I’ll go down and get it myself (which I did) but don’t tell me you’re coming then blame it on forgetting the room number. Holy incompetence. Manager blaming everyone else when that’s your employees. Other than that, hotel was ok. Could’ve been better if I didn’t have to reuse the same towel 2 days in a row or have to go get everything myself. Worst customer service from a hotel. Can’t believe they made that many excuses for their own mistakes and laziness.

Disappointing
First, the positive side of our stay: this was due to the hotel’s reception staff, who were consistently friendly and attentive toward us, regardless of their shift. The housekeeping team was also very kind and accommodating. We would like to take this opportunity to once again send our regards to the entire team.
What overshadowed our stay the most was an incident involving the safe in our hotel room.
One evening, despite entering the correct code, the safe would not open. We had not forgotten the code, contrary to what the Front Desk Manager claimed on site. During all subsequent attempts to open the safe by hotel staff — including the receptionist, the maintenance technician — using a master key or by connecting it to an electronic device, were unsuccessful.
In the absence of a master code, which surprisingly they did not posses, the safe could only be opened mechanically using a saw. Before this, we had pointed out that our valuables, documents, and medication were inside. We were told that this was not the first time such an incident had occurred and that the maintenance technician had experience dealing with it. After the safe was cut open we discovered that the sparks resulted during the sawing process partially burned the medical certificate accompanying the medication, along with the surface of our wallet and our AirPods cases, which were also partially damaged. Luckily our passports were stored in a separate plastic sleeve and were therefore unaffected. It was disappointing to see how casually and lightly the Front Desk Manager viewed the entire situation. He tried to offer us a breakfast voucher as a so called “compensation”, which we turned down, because it wouldn’t have helped us at all. We also found the maintenance technician’s statement—that the master code had unexpectedly not worked—to be unprofessional, as was the overall handling of the situation.
We had travelled from Europe to the United States. Had the passports also been damaged, our return journey could have been significantly complicated and could have resulted in additional financial costs and loss of time.

The room,even though it was smallish, it was comfortable. The bed and pillows were good. There was a fridge and a coffee maker. The paid parking on the premises was a plus. The 36th and 4th train station was within a few minutes' walk. The Mexican food around the hotel was yummy. It was close to Sunset Park. A shoutout to Youcef at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful. He always welcomes you with a big smile.

I say exceeded expectations because I remember some unsavery clientelle when you first opened. And value got a lower score because I think it was unreasonable to charge $50 a night for parking when we've never paid over $15 at any other hotel.

Accommodating front desk attendant. Easy check in /out. Reliable internet in room.
Room service was slow ( visited over the Memmorial weekend) Clean towels was left but dirty ones were not removed. NO microwave was available. Internet did not connect automatically on reentry into the hotel.
