Pleasant
Location and the bed. The heating/cooling was OK too.
The condition of the room. Wall paper was torn and patched. Paint was chipped. Floor was dusty. Television did not work well.

Very Poor
Nothing
It’s dirty, unpainted walls, sheets were dirty, hair in the sheets just a terrible experience. So much so, we did not stay there had to book a hotel elsewhere. I want a refund!

Wonderful
The location of the hotel was close to public transportation, and/or easily walkable. The neighborhood felt safe and there are diverse dining options nearby.
The rooms are small, but clean and perfect for my needs! It is an older building and has marbled surfaces, which reflect sound, it was quiet while i was there, but i can imagine it getting loud easily.

Wonderful
Breakfast was great just think it should be served earlier since it came with fruits and just that should be digest before tea
This was my second visit the first I did not like how the AC was so close to the bed

Wonderful
Convenient location near downtown Brooklyn attractions. Easy access to public transit. Clean and well-kept hotel, no frills but comfortable. Coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, and a free grab-and-go breakfast. Mostly recommended for solo travelers, the rooms are really small and wouldn't be ideal for families.
I don't really have any complaints. The rooms are very small, but that's to be expected.

Location was great
It was no space very tight room no closet, I had to hang my clothes in the bathroom. I ask them to give me a bigger room they said that’s what you paid for but what I paid for shows closet!!!

Very Good
This is a great stay for the price. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent sized bathroom with hot water and a good heater in the room for NYC’s cold weather. It’s also located just around the corner from the NYC metro, so it was super easy to get to Manhattan and all the major NYC tourist attractions. There was a nice TV with access to all the major streaming services too. Very good budget friendly option, but you get what you pay for in terms of size.
The elevator smelled like smoke, but the room didn’t, so that was nice. The room was so small that the door hits the bed and doesn’t open all the way. I’m only 5’1” and not that heavy, but if you are a plus sized or very large traveler, you might have a hard time fitting through the door and around the bed. There also was no iron or ironing board in the room. Still a good option for solo travelers on a budget.

Poor
Easy check-in and check-out.
The walls are extremely thin. Noise from the neighboring room and hallway started around 12am and continued for several hours. By 3am and 6am, another guest confronted them due to the ongoing disturbance. Even when things quieted down, muffled voices from the next room were still clearly audible.

I stayed here for one night. The rooms are pretty small but they are as advertised so it was expected. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. Overall I had a good stay and would return.

Location near Park Slope and Carrol Gardens was great—easy walking distance everywhere. Staff was very friendly.
It would have been great if the doors sealed to keep out light and noise from the hallway. The mattress was brand new but very firm.

Good
The location is amazing, we stayed one night for a wedding and it was within the same block. We even found free street parking on the same street. It was clean but simple, basically a room with a bed and private bathroom. The bed took up 75% of the space in the room and was comfortable. It is what it is, for one night I would say it’s a much more affordable option than anywhere else in the area.
