Centrally located in Williamsburg. Easy check in and out.
We stayed during a streak of cold weather, but it was made much worse due to the fact that our room heat did not work. It was 60 degrees most of our time there, despite the heater showing it was on.

Hotel had minimal check in check out flexibility
Front desk rules didn’t align with pool rules
Ended up going to bathhouse down the street due to the hotel not letting us by the pool the day we departed. Cleaning people never came when requested had To request 3 times in one day. Room service as well as everything else was extremely late. Broken elevators. They are more concerned with getting people up to the club upstairs. Overall they just don’t really want you there just want you to pay.

This place is very nice and the rooms are pretty spacious for New York. The staff was very flexible and accommodating when our plans changed and we had to switch nights at the last minute. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and view of Manhattan was amazing.
The sink in the bathroom did not drain and the faucet didn't work great. I wish there was another mirror in the room to get ready. Also more drawers would have been great. When we were checking out, we waited over an hour for the bellman, who never arrived. We had to carry our things down without a rolling cart. We also called the front desk 3 times asking for cutlery for some to-go food, but that never arrived.

the front desk staff was very respectful & polite- the room was extremely clean. Wish we stayed for breakfast but Will definitely book again for another stay.

I loved the location of the property, nestled in a cute neighborhood with walking distance to the L train. The housekeeping services were top notch, never had a hotel provide quick and efficient service in the rooms. We had an amazing view of the New York skyline, I would highly recommend someone to stay here.
The hotel did not answer the phone, this was true prior to my arrival in the hotel, down to my actual stay. No one answered the phone. The incidental hold was $750, I have never had such a large incidental fee. Not an issue, any items charged to the room were taking out of the deposit but would have been aware ahead of time,if the hotel would have answered the phone. No biggie! Still would come back in a heart beat

Great location with beautiful views of Manhattan on the top floor. Staff were very welcoming. In-house dining has two options and both are excellent. Will definitely return.

The dining experiences and floor 22 views were amazing. I absolutely love the adult only atmosphere.

Balcony was excellent with great views of Brooklyn. Staff at check in were super nice and we loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. We also found street parking super close to the hotel. We will stay here again.
