The dining experiences and floor 22 views were amazing. I absolutely love the adult only atmosphere.
It was OK but a preference would’ve been to have two queen beds available.

Wonderful
I was really impressed with this hotel. It ended up being our favorite one in New York. We took a Gotham view so the views were amazing. The room is rather big so we felt confortable. The location is super cool as I live Williamsburg. I ended up enjoying staying there more than in central Manatthan, I felt like I got more for less money here.

Balcony was excellent with great views of Brooklyn. Staff at check in were super nice and we loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. We also found street parking super close to the hotel. We will stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The position is amazing. The staff are lovely. It is VERY clean. Every room has a balcony. That’s great even in November!
This time for the first time the room was a bit tired. Drawers in the cupboard were broken, chips out of the bathroom cabinets. Also the staff were struggling a bit. If we asked for tea cups or a shower cap they struggled getting them to us and once we waited 2 hours and gave up. I have to say that’s never happened before and I’d still go back!

the hotel was top notch, the rooms were nice and a good size. amazing shower and the bathroom was also a decent size. the rooftop bar was amazing. the lobby was big, there was artwork around and the hotel was super clean everywhere.
the staff were a little cold and wouldn't reach out to say Hi when you walked past the reception desk or in the lift areas. the only other thing that would be great is compemntary coffee in the lobby area.

What gives a first good impression is the smell of the hotel when you first come in. Failed. Next when you promote the bar and yet no one to accomodate and got turn away when there is still more than 30 mins before closing. Another reason for choosing this stay is the view but if the glass anywhere you look at is blurry and unkept it kills the vibe. Not coming back. Felt doesn't match what is advertised.

The service was very lacking for a “5 star hotel.” They helped you no more than they would at a 2/3 star hotel. Didn’t help with bags, wouldn’t bring requested stuff up to the room (they made my husband come down to reception every time). Their bar erroneously charged me a $125 no show fee and I had to follow up many times before they finally refunded it. We had a tiny room without much storage. The room was so small that it was awkward to use the toilet (my husband told me he’d wait till I was asleep at night to use the bathroom during our stay). Just not what you’d expect from a “5 star” hotel. Nice views though.
