The William Vale is really a beautiful, well appointed hotel. Room temperature was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, the views from the balcony are amazing and perhaps most importantly, my wife, and I both agreed that the shower was probably the best we ever experienced in our lives.

Good location. Nice staff.
The rooftop bar is overrun by non-guests. With what you charge per night, I didn’t expect the significant younger crowd to pour into the hotel. Why pay so much if it’s not a more exclusive. A shame.

Our room view wasn't great, but it was comfortable. We didn' t use any other services since there are so many stores and cafes in the area. The coffee machines in the room are ridiculously small!
I don't like having to download and look up everything for the hotel instead of having something in writing in the room.

The room, shower and view were nice.
The fitness area was adequate.
It is not a good choice for families. Children cannot use the pool after 12 NOON. The hotel management seems more interested in keeping the rooftop bar going. There were so many non-guests one night that there were no spaces left for onsite parking, including valet. The front of the hotel was gridlocked for an hour. All activities required a reservation even though that was not stated in the newsletter.
