Wonderful
Good breakfast, very nice rooms. The hotel staff was very nice.
Only one bus station closest to the hotel and everything is a little bit far.

Exceptional
The hotel was very nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the daily breakfasts.....the food options were plentiful and, again, the staff there were great as well!
We in large part chose the Lodge Red Hook as it is .5 miles away from my son and his family who live in Carroll Gardens. It was a very easy walk for us to get to get to their place, walk the Brooklyn Promenade, and to get to the subway.
We would definitely recommend your facility to others and will very likely be staying there again in the future!

I was put in the basement level. The sounds of the kitchen staff and prep started around 4:30AM and were audible in my room. I prefer the upper levels of the hotel.

Good
The parking , the price and the staff :)
The breakfast and staff serving it were fantastic!! The ease of getting parking was fantastic as well
It was far from the train which is something I already knew going in. We stayed in the basement floor and there was a septic problem during our stay that made the entire basement floor smell like sewage. Luckily we went to a local bar and by the time we came back the small was gone.

Room was comfortable and adequate for our 2 night stay. Selected this place online because of distance to ship terminal

We need a room last minute for a night and the price was right. They had a very nice breakfast not your typical breakfast that is included with stay
The elevator took forever. Our shower had some mold in the caulk. There was no hand lotion in the restroom. When we told them about the mold upon check out she didn’t seem to care.

Very Good
Check in and out process was seamless!
Just a personal preference being vertically challenged, I prefer a bed lower to the ground. However, if my only complaint was that the bed was too tall, then that's a good thing!

Exceptional
Cleanliness, along with comfortability.
Breakfast pancakes, already made... sit out awaiting you, in the cold air, served: laid open on a platter, with cold fruit atop.

It was very clean. Everything was serviceable. There was an ample breakfast.
The location was hard with the subway. The area did not feel safe to walk alone at night.

I had to travel with my meals and there was no microwave on the premises. I would only stay here again if they provided one somewhere.

Disappointing
Close to the crusie port
My family and I stayed one night because it was close to the cruise port. We found blood on the sheets and the beds and pillows are horrible was the worst night stay for the money. We were so disappointed
