Location, big rooms comfortable beds.
Reception desk lady her name stars with" LA" was very rude and her customer service was very unprofessional. Even, for a simple question I was asking her she was very poor responsive.

The front desk staff were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The doorman were exceptionally kind and accommodating.
I was charged for internet despite my reservation identifying my Bonvoy membership. Evelyn at the front desk remedied this quickly at checkout. The property didn't live up to it's star status. Club lounge was stripped of everything that elevated a stay as a Bonvoy member. The room was vacant of adequate beverages (scant soda and water), coffee machine not serviced and dirty. Was forced to purchase coffee. Snacks inadequate with some green apples and apple granola bars, termination of continental breakfast. The were water pressure issues making showers challenging and not enough towels at check in.

There was plenty of room for our suitcases either side of our beds and the bathroom was a decent size. The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. It was well located but being downtown there were a few streets that didn't always feel safe.
it was a little impersonal, the cleaning staff arrived a little too early while we were still getting ready in the mornings. The beds and the towels need an upgrade. The water pressure in the shower was weak.

The location was good it was close to the food hall/ mall, 5 points i believe and a corner store. A small park right across the street. If you walk up the street some there are additional places to shop, shoe stores, clothing and more. Planet fitness is down the same block.
The room was not nearly as clean as it needed to be for all the money we paid. We got 3 sets of towels every set at least 1 of the towels had hair on it. In the bathroom we dropped our spray bottle and it rolled under the sink vanity after retrieving it there was 3 hairs stuck to it. Was hair found on the bathroom floor. The window sill and under the sink was dusty where the towels and extra toilet paper is kept. The vents were dusty. The sink had a bad leak when from the faucet cold water handle. Had to put a towel around it to catch the water. The tub you could only take a shower the lever on the tub was stuck.

Friendly staff
Room. AC extremely loud. It ran for about 5 min every 30 min Additionally there was a lot of noise from the courtyard, dogs barking, people talking. It was extremely difficult to rest . We ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were so friendly and the elevators were efficient.
The storage space in the room was very limited. It would be nice to have a shelf or two more for clothes.

No housekeeping for whole stay. Appeared to be bodily fluid stains on side of bed and still not cleaned after alerted staff (one housekeeping came to room but said she didn't have time to fix problembecause"i am off in 30 minutes"). Broken coffee pot and same 5 apples only items available in club level. Arranged for ride to wedding with front desk but when went to lobby to leave, no driver. Had to call uber. Was late to wedding. Tried to talk to front desk about problems(no manager working) and they said to email manager, which we have several times( and left several voicemails) and have yet to heat from anyone. Very disappointing stay at this property. Have stayed at sheraton many times in past (club level on several occasions) and have never had this poor experience before. Would not recommend this property.
