Confortable bed
Terrible customer service. We got there around 4:30 and they made us wait for about 40 minutes to give us a room. The staff were not nice and welcoming. They didn’t even apologize for letting us wait. They were rude when I tried to ask about the waiting time. The bathroom was visibly dirty (the table and shower), there was mold on the shower wall.

Its location!
It was not clean at all. Hair was in several wash cloths and towels. Also, someone tried to enter my room while me and my family were sleeping! I woke up to use the bathroom around 6am and my door was cracked open. Luckily I had the safety latch on otherwise no telling what could have happened to me and my family. Which makes me wonder, how did someone get the door open if I locked it? The only way is with a room key!!!! I’ll let you all figure that one out. And do not use the valet parking. It is also horrible! They ask you to call a hour in advance when you’re ready to leave which I did. Once I check out I had to wait another 20 plus minutes for my car. Then why have me call you a hour in advance??

Location was great, staff very friendly. Beds were very comfortable (family room) and we slept well.
We had a few things that didn't work - the air con/heat, and one of the lights and it took a while to get them fixed. The bathroom was pretty tired and worn out but it did work at least.

It’s location near subway stations & shopping malls was convenient
It was tired & would benefit from a refit- it advertised a Starbucks downstairs that wasn’t there but found local places near by.
