Clean rooms love the coffee shop
Room had no air, was told to switch rooms two times. Gave us fans for second room because we had plans for daughter and couldn’t move again. No one ever came to fix air. Did not give any discounts and I’m a Bonvoy member.

Friendly staff. Excellent location
I only was able to get wifi working once over my three-day visit. I told the front desk, but the issue was not fixed. The thermostat was also not working-- I could not lower the heat to a reasonable sleeping temperature (it was at 77 degrees). I had to sleep with the windows open.
The outlets in the desk lamp didn't work and one of the faucet handles was loose in the bathroom. Overall, it did not appear that maintenance was a priority.

Location
The Club lounge was really terrible. Based on price you get water all day and a the same boring eggs, bacon, waffles with bread for breakfast every day. Nothing else is available. Just too expensive for nothing.
Got a tiny room with neither the phone nor the TV working. Not even an apology from the staff. I was just told well we will move you at 12 pm the next day.

Disappointing
The staff was abrasive, unprofessional and not very accommodating. On more than one occasion. On more than one ocassion I witness staff going back and forth with guest. One guest complained about the water pressure during showers, another and myself complained about the HVAC system and another complained about the internet not working
