Wonderful
The location is amazing. There is a Trader's Joe near the Hotel.

Poor
Room Size was good.
Danny at reception was solution to everyone problem - a one man army. He deserves 10 out of 10.
Location is very good. Close to several metro stations and bus stops. And short ride to Manhattan.
Many many things:
1. We had booked two rooms for 8 nights. We paid by two different cards for the rooms - one credit card and one forex card. And they charged twice on both cards. Due to that, USD 2100 got blocked on my forex card and my Indian Credit Card was blocked by the bank suspecting wrong transaction. And they could not reverse the transaction over 8 days. It finally got settled only at the time of check-out. Led to a lot of problems during the trip. Fortunately I had another credit card and cash and could manage. Else would have been in a soup.
I do not know how such a double charge can happen in a Sheraton brand hotel. And how the Sheraton Corporate team does not get concerned about this thing.
2. One of our rooms airconditioning was not working. For 3-4 days, outside weatherwas cold and we did not use cooling. But when weather became warm, we had to change room because the compressor was conked off. Wasted several hours doing that. Fortunately, they provided room on same floor.
3. When we arrived, for the first 5 days, the small lobby area was shabbily blocked with duct tape for some reason. So the hotel had no lobby.
4.. The room behind reception was very dirty and shabby, mostly visible during interaction at reception like check-in and check-out.
5. Fortunately, our booking was without breakfast. Because it was pathetic cold breakfast catered by a third party.
6. One of the lift was malfunctioning several times during our stay.

Nothing.
It doesn't have the standards of being called Sheraton.

Good
The staff were very helpful
It was well positioned as a base from which to explore Brooklyn. Surrounded by great eateries.
The bed was comfortable
The cafe was convenient for breakfast bagels
The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus in the high temperatures during our stay
Our room was very dusty, all around the legs of the furniture it was thick dust. We mentioned it to housekeeping who paid extra attention to the room surfaces, but ignored the dusty bars - in the end, I did it myself rather than sleep with it.
The hall carpet on our floor was covered in crumbs and was not vacuumed during our stay
The room furniture was shabby, and either needed a re-paint or replacement, not what I would expect from even a cheap motel, let alone a Sheraton
The restaurant was closed for refurbishment
The ice machine cupboard was empty, no ice machine
The lifts are small and very slow. On one occasion I had to wait 10 minutes for a lift that had any capacity.

Poor
The location worked well for us.
The rooms are extraordinarily hot. We were unable to sleep the first night even though someone came to “fix” the AC. Next day, it was reading 78. Also, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and too small for a couple. (Not Queen, but Full size)
They offered to change our room. I said as long is it was comprable. It was on the 4th floor. They did not offer any assistance to move our bags. We had to do it ourselves. We were not expecting a stunning view, but we certainly didn’t expect to be looking out onto nothing but air conditioning and heating units. It felt like we were put in the basement. The room was just as hot and just as uncomfortable. After some pressuring, I was offered a discount on our second two nights. While the location was great, I will not stay there again. It gives the Sheraton name a bad reputation.

It was very confidently located for me. Not many hotels around that neighborhood. And for the price , it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The location was good.
Be very aware of their deposit hold. First, they charged me two security deposits for a total of $500. I emailed the manager Danny Lam twice, no response. I have called repeatedly. Then it got reduced to $381 but still not the agreed $250. Not to mention I was charged $80 twice for parking so that is another issue I am going to have to fight with my bank. They are a subpar hotel not worth all this fighting to get your own money back for.
