Disappointing
Room was clean. Gym is well equipped. Nice to have free tea and coffee in the guest centre.
Although I had paid in full in advance through booking.com I received an email on the day of my arrival (a Sunday, late afternoon) threatening to cancel the room unless further credit card details could be provided. (It is unclear to me why the details I'd entered through booking.com were not sufficient, as it was the same card.) Then when I arrived, the receptionist was somehow unable to access my pre-payment through the hotel's system. I was treated very dismissively: it was suggested that I should pay for an additional night in order that the problem could be sorted the following day when the manager would be in; when I protested, I was accused of asking for 'a free room'. Fortunately, after a few minutes a manager appeared and was able to locate my payment, but no apology was made. We stayed a few days, and the weekday staff on front desk seemed a lot nicer; also the location of the hotel is very good. But I was put off by this experience.

The location was superb, very easy access to get to anywhere and more options on subways stations. Very close to get shopping and food. I really enjoyed it. They welcomed us well when we arrive the reception was great after 8 hours flight from London and traffic from JFK
We were staying for 6 nights the 5th day from 5am in the morning there was no water in the building we couldn’t take shower or use the toilet at all. We went out all day because w e couldn’t use hotel facilities at all when we were back at 11.30pm no one clean the room at all and we didn’t have this issues from previous nights and I complained to the front desk, she was not friendly at all and I asked for manager assistance but they just too busy and didn’t attend to the client. We should get compensate for very uncomfortable situation the next day we checked out but for one night with the money I pad was not worth it at all and they not bother to attend to us.

Towel rack broke, faucet was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, shower tiles dirty and moldy, half of water from the shower was flowing down the wall, internal connection very weak and unreliable!

Wonderful
We really appreciated being able to check in early at 12:30 PM, free of charge. The 12:00 PM check-out was also very convenient and gave us extra time before leaving. Although the room was somewhat smaller than we expected, it was well designed and worked well for our stay. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and very responsive, and the staff were welcoming throughout our visit. Our room had a nice view overlooking a park and the surrounding skyscrapers. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty to explore on foot. Complimentary luggage storage after check-out was another appreciated convenience. While there was no microwave in the room, we didn't need one during this stay, and it was nice that a public microwave was available for guests to use.
The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the luggage carts were almost falling apart - they could definitely use replacement. The only other downside was the price. Even though our stay was after the July 4th celebrations, the room still cost over $500 per night. We understand this may have been influenced by the FIFA World Cup matches taking place in the city, but at that price we expected the hotel's facilities to be in slightly better condition.

Very Good
The location we chose was absolutely perfect, especially for shopping enthusiasts, as it was situated in a fantastic shopping area. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient and enjoyable. Everything was very close, including easy access to the subway, which made traveling around the city hassle-free. Additionally, we found the prices to be reasonable, which added to the overall positive experience. Based on our stay, I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for a great place to stay
When checking in, I had to wait in a queue for 25 minutes because there was only one staff member available to assist customers. This caused a significant delay and inconvenience. I kindly suggest that you consider increasing the number of reception staff during busy times to improve customer experience and reduce waiting times.

Good
The overall experience was great and the hotel is in a convenient place. I love the wooden floor.
AC vents needs cleaning - my aunt's sinuses raised- it is at the two extremes of temperatures. The carpet was not clean and it really needs to be thrown away. We had some pipe clogging issues and hot water issues.
