Everything was excellent, except the air conditioning was too cold and could not be reset.
And the coffee pot was not working properly.

The bed was reasonably comfortable. There is a fitness facility.
When we went up to our room a housekeeper was sitting at the desk on the phone and told us she was not finished cleaning and we would have to wait a few minutes. This was at 5 PM. Well passed check in time. The room was acceptable but nothing special. The breakfast buffet at the attached restaurant was the worst i have ever had.

Wonderful
The location is excellent—several nearby subway entrances can take you anywhere in Manhattan. The staff is very attentive (Daniel is the best). The room featured a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, and a sink. It is close to two supermarkets (Trader Joe's and Lidl), as well as plenty of shops and great dining options. Plus, it is a very safe area.
The music in the common areas is very loud.

Not much. Rooms were clean.
Not a dedicated person for valet parking. Very understaffed. We had to change rooms after unpacking because the air conditioning didn’t work. Buffet breakfast was inedible. Worst I have ever had and I travel a lot.

Disappointing
We had no air conditioning or fresh air in the room the second night. It was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep. We asked the front desk for assistance and they said they could not help. We asked for the manager to contact us and we heard nothing. I left my email contact at checkout and heard nothing. I tried calling the hotel and all you get is voice mail.

Good location. Not a great Sheraton in terms of the brand. Apart from location I would not be returning.
