Parking and nothing else! Considered sleeping in my truck. It was very cold, so I had to embrace the disgusting room.
Paying for a place that is dirtier than any hostel.

THIS IS A MEN'S SHELTER. IT'S NOT A REGULAR HOTEL. I came with my two - 8 year old granddaughters. We went through metal detectors. It was frightening... Never again

That place is dirty, unsafe, and noisy. It has dirty linen, a dirty bathroom, a bad bed, a stain on the toilet, no paper towels, and a non-working shower head. There is also a cigar smell. The heating system is not working. The front desk was not present. I do not recommend this place at all. Shelter on the other side with a bunch of people smoking.

The only positive aspect of this stay was the parking, literally nothing else.
Waited for about 10 minutes for an employee to show up at the front desk. Upon entering room, it smelled like cigarettes profusely. The bed had one top sheet, not even a fitted sheet. The bathroom was unkempt and covered with urine stains on and around toilet. This was a multi-night stay. The first night figured we would see how it went. Woke up around 7am to the cleaning crew having full on conversations outside my door cleaning the room across from me. From 7-930am they were cleaning this room. Finally decided to get out of bed and look to see if they were almost done to see that they were just bs'ing in this room while they lazily cleaned it. At that point, have had little to no sleep, I packed my suitcases and decided to leave. Likely won't be reimbursed for not even staying the full stay even though we left before checkout time. Save yourself the time and don't waste your money here.

I liked the inner security lock on the room door.
- Bed sheets and bath towel looked dingy. Could. have looked cleaner/whiter.
- A chair in the room would have been nice.
- Drapes in window needs to be hung properly.

The Parking Lot
My Room Was Not Clean Properly The Room Was Paint Peeling Off The Walls And Ceiling And The Bathroom Was Nice Sink Counter Top But The Sink Will Get Stopped Up And The Toilet Was Clean Thoroughly Had Stains Around The Toilet Didn’t Have Any Washcloths The First Night I Had To Ask For Washcloths I Was Not Happy Staying In That Motel Room ??????

The service was terrible the room was very dirty walls was dirty toilet don't flush right to much noise can't sleep it smells like Marijuana told the front desk and they don't do nothing about it people banging on the walls... they are running a halfway house on the first floor it's to dangerous to stay there it looks like a jail house i called booking.com for a refund and they didn't do anything about it!!! I slept in my car half the time cause my wife and daughter where very scared I'm going to talk to my lawyer about this matter....and I will call the press and tell them about the dangerous people they have staying there!!!!
When I arrived to the motel the first thing I saw was maybe 4 or 5 security guards watching the rehab people making sure they don't wonder around the motel i think that's a dangerous thing especially when you're with your family.. meaning children and spouse!!! I feel that I should get a refund!!!if not 8 w8ll take legal action against booking.com and the motel management...for not keeping the quest safe!!!

Halfway house being ran out of 1st floor. They did not know when i was checking out. Chased me down after 1st night telling me I had a late check and check was at 11. TV did not work. Internet did not work. Very cold in NY very light blanket. Alot of space in room howcer no closet fridge etc.

Terrible hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in third world countries but this was the worst ever. False advertising - no breakfast, no wifi. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The bed was small, the mattress was old, the walls were dirty. There was nothing in the room other than a bed a two bedside tables. No chairs, dressers, desk, etc. It seems to be a half-way house. They were scanning people going in and searching their bags. I paid $140, half of that would have been too much.
