The service was terrible the room was very dirty walls was dirty toilet don't flush right to much noise can't sleep it smells like Marijuana told the front desk and they don't do nothing about it people banging on the walls... they are running a halfway house on the first floor it's to dangerous to stay there it looks like a jail house i called booking.com for a refund and they didn't do anything about it!!! I slept in my car half the time cause my wife and daughter where very scared I'm going to talk to my lawyer about this matter....and I will call the press and tell them about the dangerous people they have staying there!!!!
When I arrived to the motel the first thing I saw was maybe 4 or 5 security guards watching the rehab people making sure they don't wonder around the motel i think that's a dangerous thing especially when you're with your family.. meaning children and spouse!!! I feel that I should get a refund!!!if not 8 w8ll take legal action against booking.com and the motel management...for not keeping the quest safe!!!

THIS IS A MEN'S SHELTER. IT'S NOT A REGULAR HOTEL. I came with my two - 8 year old granddaughters. We went through metal detectors. It was frightening... Never again

It was terrible — the bedding was dirty, the whole room was dirty, there were bugs in the room and on the bed. I checked out early because of that.

Terrible hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in third world countries but this was the worst ever. False advertising - no breakfast, no wifi. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The bed was small, the mattress was old, the walls were dirty. There was nothing in the room other than a bed a two bedside tables. No chairs, dressers, desk, etc. It seems to be a half-way house. They were scanning people going in and searching their bags. I paid $140, half of that would have been too much.

There was neither any complimentary breakfast, nor proper toiletries. The blanket was inadequate. Even there was no drinking water bottle.
Compared to the money we had to pay, everything was awfully bad.

The location was the only drawing point, with it being convenient to the errands and tasks that I needed to tend to.
The lock on the door did not work and neither did the shower. The bed was uncomfortable and I wasn’t able to take a shower.

I liked that there was security around the desk and at times even patrolling outside of the inn.
The first thing I noticed that worried me was giving my ID card and it was scanned and the paper with a copy of my ID was put into a folder. When I got into my room it smelled like cigarettes, the window was ajar, the bed frame stuck out considerably from the bed, there was a hole in the wall punched into the bathroom, the air conditioner was badly broken and damaged. Instead of a blanket it was one of those thin fleece throws folded at the end of the bed. Location wise, it was right in front of the vents to the subway so the scary sounds of the subway at all hours can be heard, and a bar across the road, and the sounds at night that sound like someone is trying the key card in the doors along the hallway which was scary to me. I stayed two nights, and the morning after the first night, there was incessant loud knocking and I couldn't understand the language the person was shouting through the door so I was scared and thought it was a mistake or something. I thought room service wouldn't be that demanding. Then they used a key card and asked me why I didn't answer. They told me to check in but I thought that's weird because I already paid for two nights and they looked at the print out of my ID card to confirm that I was staying two nights and not checking out that day. That night after coming back from a concert (which is why I traveled there,) the hotel my key card didn't work so I had to go to reception desk and they swiped a new card for me to use as a card to get back into my room. That night I heard what sounded like an old man being punched and I don't know if it was outside or in an adjacent room. I ignored the two star ratings because I thought that maybe someone out there was exaggerating or maybe it's not so bad. The towels weren't clean also. The lack of furniture aside from two dressing tables also gave the room a somewhat creepy atmosphere.

It was in Brooklyn and it was cheap.
The lobby had many signs informing me that I could be searched when entering or exiting the hotel, the legality of which was unclear to me. The bare walls and tiled floors made me feel like I was in an asylum. I'm sure they're very easy to clean though?
