Convenient location to subway line.
Photos not at all accurate. Broken furniture, lightbulbs missing, smelled like cigarettes, no thermostat/cold room, no smoke detector, did not feel completely safe (why the need for 2 security guards?). Check their Google reviews...

The door had a lock on it. There was so much screaming and banging in the hallways that I was thankful the door had a lock on it. Besides that, everything was pretty terrible. I was terrified most of the night.
There were drip strains all over the walls of various color. Several boogers coming off of the walls, hair in the bedsheets, spray paint under the sink, no Wi-Fi, no smoke detector, no fridge, no phone.

Nothing bugs crawling over you no drawers or place to hang or keep anything except in your luggage only accepting cash and only renting room for a day couldnt sleep my partner had to leave room and sleep in our car need my money back 150 US dollars

When we arrived he said we didnt have a room and had to stay downstairs for 2 hours we called booking and he told the rep oh they didnt pay. Then before we paid he said can I show you the room we was beat from a long day of work. He said the hotel was better years ago when we got to the room it was hair everywhere. It was roaches everywhere the air conditioning was physically broken into pieces. The tv didnt have a remote.
TO MAKE THINGS WORST IT A MALE SHELTER
The top lock on the door was broken off. I couldnt take it I ran out of there less than 10 minutes I requested a refund for it being disgusting and unsafe.
The front desk rep said wait until 10pm when the manager comes in. I said absolutely not I was not staying there another minute after what I seen. This place needs to be either for the homeless only.
Or shut down completely no humans or animals should sleep or live like that. I will be reporting this to DHS and the BBB. Booking.com should not have any parts of helping these people rob people out of money. They wait to you get there and have no where else to go and now theyre trying to force you especially when youre visiting from another state.

I booked a non-smoking room. All rooms in the hotel are smoking. I have to cancer the reservation for that reason . Half of the hotel was converted into a sherter.

My room had blood on towels and on floor. And bugs on bed. I showed the staff pictures. I demanded money back. Staff said it was paint but no red paint in room. And refused my refund. I left early and sleep in the car in the street. The stay was extremely disappointing.
Bugs in bed. Blood in room. Staff dishonesty and refused refund.
