There was a bed bug in the folded towels upon arrival. No refund, no compassion.
I ended up reporting it to 311 because of how insensitive the front desk when I presented the issue.

Nothing at all, the property is outdated, and the also run the property as city shelter, not safe at all
Room was musty and dirty, dirty sheets, bathrooms, very noisy,, and staff was very rude, no professional service.

I changed my first room because there was no phone or remote for the tv a stain on the sheet like a dirt scum mark. Then the 2nd room had a phone that don’t work a busted remote and no 2nd lock so barely slept

Parking and nothing else! Considered sleeping in my truck. It was very cold, so I had to embrace the disgusting room.

THIS IS A MEN'S SHELTER. IT'S NOT A REGULAR HOTEL. I came with my two - 8 year old granddaughters. We went through metal detectors. It was frightening... Never again
