A safe neighborhood, hotel is clean, there is 24-hour front desk, rooms are cleaned daily. Bus stops nearby, J and G subway (15 min walk).
This part of Brooklyn ( a few blocks near the hotel) is very dirty, there is trash everywhere on the sidewalks.
You can hear noise from the street even on the 4th floor (they have a strange tendency to honk at each other all the time), so waking up is guaranteed (bring earplugs).

- cold room, you had to maintain the air conditioning on even when outside
- when on, even with hot air in the bed you could feel fresh air
- strange shower
- breakfast paid but not served on Saturdays
- no refill of soaps (I had to ask for extra)
- I had to find myself the additional toilet paper as was not placed by the cleaning staff
- the kitchen was not furnished
