It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well cared for. My room was just the right size for a solo traveler. The gathering spaces were nice, and the staff was friendly. The one time I needed housekeeping, someone came within 5 minutes of my call to take care of a minor issue. I loved the attached restaurant. I was pleased with my four-night stay.

I loved the hotel’s location, and the staff who assisted me at all times were impeccable. While the room was a bit small, it was fine for one person, although I’m not sure how it would work if two of us were staying in the same room.
For the price I paid, I would have liked breakfast to be included. Fortunately, the hotel’s location allows you to choose from many options for breakfast in the neighborhood.

The location was terrific, the staff member when we arrived was friendly and helpful and again the following morning. I would have loved to have known that there are pod plus / rooms with more space since I was traveling with my partner and the pod is too small for more than one person.
Other than the warm and helpful gentlemen that was on duty when we arrived and again the following morning, staff were on the cool side. Making eye contact with guests or greeting them when they are approaching the desk, would add a nice touch.
Overall, I really like the idea and execution of your efficient accommodations that make it affordable to stay in the wonderful location in Williamsburg.

Quiet room, nice design, thermostat control, windows that open, good mattress, versatile lifting & daylight. Interesting spots to hang out in around the hotel. We also appreciated the discounts at surrounding restaurants.
The shower controls are complicated and while the instructions for use are very helpful, it is not clear how to turn the shower completely off. As a result we had a fair amount of dripping on the person using the loo!

A really intersting hotel experince.
The rooms are tiny but well organized, the public areas are nice, well-maintained, calm and vast. Location (charming Williamsburg, a minute walk from Bedford Av.) is perfect
Landwer Cafe adjacent to the hotel is really nice and tasty. Great vibes
TV situtaion is sub-optimal (channel switching is a challange, no Netlix etc. login options)
Hotel could offer a coffee options for it's clientelle (Landwer Cafe is not open 24/7)
