I loved the concept of this space overall. Designed for safe, comfortable rest. We were out and about in the city mostly so we were hardly in the room, but it had all the amenities we needed.
I was hoping for a small gym, but that was probably my only complaint.

Great location near plenty of restaurants and Great subway and ferry links. Staff were really helpful quick and seamless check in. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.

It was a comfortable stay. The bed was good and the location was good too. I overall liked my stay there.
I had an incident with my stay. I came back one day to my room and the bathroom had been used by someone. I'm guessing it was housekeeping since no one else has access (I hope). They gave me a small compensation ($45) but honestly I feel like the disgust and overall discomfort I felt were much more than that. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Pod Brooklyn, and I imagine I will stay there many more times. It offers one of the very few affordable rooms (with private bathroom & windows!) in New York. The room is clean and quiet. The location is excellent as it is in one of my favourite neightborhoods, with easy access to the rest of the city and esp both Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn, by subway or east river ferry. I did not use the bicycles, though I really like having that option too.
The cafe on the ground floor was closed as it was being renovated. Tea and coffee were offered between 7-11am BUT the coffee was poor quality Keurig coffee, and I personally would have liked to have a cup of tea in the evenings. It would also have been nice - esp. since the downstairs cafe was closed - to have a bar/cafe open on one of the rooftops. This would have easily compensated for the regular cafe closure. There is a 20USD per day charge for "facilities" but I do not think any facilities are out of the ordinary. Maybe just skip that extra charge or add it to the regular room price.

Love this Pod location! Williamsburg is a nice chill alternative to Manhattan and just a quick trip via the L train. Rooms are small but you know that in advance. Will continue to stay here.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved the rooftop sitting areas and the access from the hotel to many fun spots in Brooklyn.
It isn’t that I did not like it, but the room could be just slightly bigger. I wasn’t there much so it really was just a place just to sleep and take a shower.
